I have opted your Club Holiday Services for fully paid membership (Member No. 1545223) void contract No.166636 dated 24/09/2009 and holidays starting from 01.04.2011 to 31.03.2036 for 25 years, with white Studio Membership by paying 2, 54, 260.00 Rs. (Two Lakh fifty-four thousand and two hundred sixty Rs.) Availing 7 days per year in white Studio Membership on paying of AMC.
In year 2017 I have availed the holidays at Goa and completed my 19 days and 2 days were pending in my account. My customer relationship manager Mr. Swapnil Bhosale collected my AMC of 13711.00 Rs. (Thirteen thousand seven hundred and eleven Rs.) as I could not transfer the amount due to working at out station so transferred money to his account considering your company has appointed him for my account maintenance and guidance, for which I have submitted all the proofs and same was accepted by your team and promise to credit my holidays to my account, but which was not done from your end. I was keep asking for remittance and you have wasted nearly 11 years and still not done needful.
As per our conversation on E – mails from past few months/years would like to bring to your kind attention that due to your sole negligence, I have lost 11 years of crucial time holidays for which I have paid fully.
Every year you are asking for maintenance charges but not correcting my status of holidays. I have frequently contacted you via e- mail, phone calls and sent letter to your head office but still not received any positive reply from your end.
Recently I had communication with Mrs. Anjali Kanogia on 19.12.2024 where she denied full responsibility of fraud and cheating act done by your worker Mr. Swapnil Bhosale which is totally unacceptable. It is companies’ full responsibility if any of the worker cheat or extract money on company’s name from consumer.
Company needs to take full responsibility and act in favor of consumer as they honestly pay for the services you offer, and it is your responsibility to take care of customer. It shows how you treat your consumers.
I am tired of communicating with you, all my communication done promptly and well within time with you, but you have failed from your end. Was this information helpful? |
