Club Mahindra Holidays — Cancellation of booking by mahindra on its own - confirmation number 7976906

This is shocking to understand that you have automatically suo moto cancelled my confirmed booking. Attaching my confirmed holiday voucher - 7976906. I had initially booked on 4th April 2024 itself and modified on 6th June 2024 for 2 nights. 5th checkin and 7th checkout. Days debited 2.5 days. Today i got a mail telling my confirmed booking is canceled with days credited as 3.8 days which itself proves that this is an app error.

I want my confirmation back. I have planned my entire holiday based on the confirmed booking for 5th checkin and 7th checkout and I have also had another waitlist for 1BR on same dates for another potential family who wants to be a member, which itself proves that why would I cancel by confirmed holiday. Please take ownership of mistake club Mahindra and give us a solution. this is causing us sleepless nights as we feel robbed. We have paid ASF and have been robbed of our confirmed 1BR Booking to accommodate god knows whom. Please help. Heartbroken 25-year-old member

It’s pathetic to get such response from Mahindra. Wherein confirmed vouchers are automatically cancelled. Please reinstate my confirmation voucher. Now if we call call centre they tell wait for 4 days or 24 hrs sometimes but please keep your feet in our shoes and tell me how can i keep calm when i have paid and it gets cancelled
