On the call from Club Mahindra, I attended the meeting on September '23 in Fortune Hotel, Katpadi, Vellore.
My contact number was shared by Skoda, as I'm the owner of a Skoda rapid car without my attention.
Mr. Manimuthu(Sales Team) and his subordinate Mr. Giri(Sales Team) explained to me and my family about the subscription plan at the meeting happened in ITC Fortune Park, Katpadi, Vellore.
At the meeting they promised me with the below vouchers for the subscription,
Amazon Voucher - 3-4 thousand worth right after subscription
Tanishq Gold Voucher - 20+ thousand worth will be received right after the 3rd emi.
I have the scribblings in the paper done by Mr. Giri and Manimuthu during the initial presentation.
Based on that word of mouth on trust basis I accepted the offers and subscription in the initial meeting day held at Hotel ITC Fortune, Katpadi. But, after the 3rd emi I didn't receive the Tanishq voucher and subsequently followed with Giri and due to his personal problem he didn't respond well with required information which i requested.
Also, Mr. Manimuthu didn't respond well. As this continued for more than 7 months, I had frustration in following up with these guys.
Since, I didn't utilize the subscription due to this inconvenience, insult and disappointment, I took pain to visit ( travelled around 270 Km from Vellore Chennai for this purpose on 16.12.2024) to the Club Mahindra Office premises, Patulas Road, Chennai office to finalize the subscription and get the refund of my investment. Hence, I met Bala from the service team and got some offers from him as the adjustment for the false promise made by their Sales Team(Mr. Manimuthu and Mr.Giri on behalf of providing false promises).
Since, I got frustrated with Club Mahindra subscription on this issue for more than 7 months, I stopped paying EMIs on time and hence, my account got deactivated and I decided to end any association with them after cancelling and receiving my refund amount. But the team is claiming that money cannot be refunded after the initial 15 days of subscription. Only the invested money can be utilised on the whole. Also, they claimed that I accepted the agreement (which is very complex to read at short time they provided after the initial meeting) with Club Mahindra and I don't have evidence except the scribbling done by said person's of the sales team.
My concern is since I lost interest with club mahindra's sales team mistake for the longer period of time, for the namesake i'm not ready to accept the offer provided by Mr. Bala(Customer Service Team) from Service Team in the attachment. Instead, I'm strongly recommending Mr. Bala(Customer Service Team) to start the process to refund my Invested money. I'm expecting that Club Mahindra Team with ethics need to accept their mistake in providing out of box, expired offers in the initial meeting which made the customer to sign the subscription and likewise I'm expecting the team to handle my case in the same way like out of box, of your process framework agreement which was signed by me unduly.
Note : I have made the feedback and complained in the call to Club Mahindra executives, multiple times.
