[Resolved]  Club Mahindra Holidays — delay in refund, fraud by salesman

Sub: refund of rs. 39, 840/- taken by sales representative by fraud, while offering new membership on basis of offering fake trail plan of 2 years.

I advocate shalini gupta w/o sanjay gupta ca (Chartered accountant) was called by club mahindra sales person to attend meeting seminar at mahindra auto showroom, on 18.07.2019, at hoshiarpur, punjab, was mis - stated (Frauded) that there is two year short trail membership plan of rs. 73, 767.00 in which you have to pay 3 instalments which is 11, 309/- each and have to pay down payment rs. 39840/- immediately.

On assurance by sales representative anand kumar sales id 29712, from delhi pitampura office, and karan malhotra, that plan is as under

Downpayment 39840/- 3 instalments of rs. 11309/-

After 3rd instalments you will be eligible for rci week and cm 5 nights 6 days, that your plan is for 2 years, and you would have to pay total rs. 73, 767/-.

They get the form signed at night in hurry from my home.

I came to know in morning after checking form wrongly signed and filled by sales man by fraud, where i astonished to see that there will be 48 emi and club member ship fees rs. 443400.00 i was astonished that sales represenative sh. Karan malhotra and anand had frauded me.

Afterwards i had denied tele verification call received from sh. Gaurav lamba ji from delhi office, ph. [protected] by saying that i have opted only 2 years plan of total rs. 73767/- but he say there is no such plan in company policies, you would have to consult again your sales representative sh. Anand kumar/ karan to clear matter.

After contacting again with anand kumar sales id 29712 and karan on 20.07.2019 and 21.07.2019, now they said on phone call that do not worry, you will required to pay as per trail plan given to you to pay 3 instalments, avail or book in advance rci week holidays, cm holidays and deny /make default of rs. (Rs.[protected] and drop membership.

Further, they said on phone call, in order to login, you have to make wrong tele verification call, by saying it every thing is ok.

I am very much disappointed by listening this, kindly initiate me refund me of rs. 39, 480.00 immediately

Club mahindra is very reputated company world wide., kindly stop such type of practices in long term interest of such esteemed mahindra group. I was interested in to your membership which is 2 years as per your sales representative but as per your policy record there is is 25 years plan.

I have call recording with sales representative as evidence.

I again request you to refund me rs. 39, 480 immediately without any delay.
