Club Mahindra Holidays — membership cancellation and asf

I purchased Club Mahindra Membership 2 yrs back and paid for 1 year, I must have paid Rs.1.55 lacs and not once also i utilized holidays I want to cancel my membership surprise to note that I will get refund of only ZERO Rupees.. This is something rally kind of cheating. I want to register case in consumer court can anyone guide me in this regard. Also to my surprise they did not inform me anything about the annual charges to be paid when i took the membership. I believed its truly good company but i was wrong. I am registering a case in consumer court but came across the forum to inform club mahindra, so i would like to give 1 chance to these fraudsters to return my money or else i will spend another INR to drag them to court.
