Sent multiple emails, but no response to emails or calls from the Mahindra Team,
I was told If I paid the entire membership fee of around 4 lakh plus,
full amount my ASF would be waived off for 4 years and now I am been told I have to pay my ASF and they will give me waived off for 2 years, when I had a very pathetic experience with Mahindra holidays in Singapore, I called the team in Qatar and informed/told on the same day when I reached Singapore in Nov 2019, I told Qatar team to cancel my membership, Why its been done, you want customer to send or call your customer case number - which I could not call from Qatar.
after 2020 send multiple emails to your teams no response till data - is this the way Mahindra holidays work? very strange to work with such a company henceforth. Lost all the goodwill I had for Mahindra. feel so bad. Mahindra holidays plz don't waste people hard hard-earned money like this. plz refund the amount people paid.. Trust me if you can't solve this pitty problem, you will lose trust with Mahindra cars. Was this information helpful? |
