We have taken club mahindra membership for 25 years on the basis of MAHINDRA Brand. What we observed in the past few years is that reservations to rooms are very difficult tasks. We can clearly correlate our pain with the IRCTC or INDIAN RAIL reservation system. Whenever we plan for holidays, rooms are not available, while doing some research we found that Mahindra sells rooms to outsiders too.
We took this membership for leisure and pleasant quality time with family, hence we agreed to pay fees for 25 Years in advance. not only that we are paying ASF too for maintaining our membership. despite all these we are getting? depression, frustration, chaos, follow ups etc... This is not an ideal corporate ethics and at least MAHINDRA is not known for this.
If this is true that thousands of members are struggling for the rooms, then proper disclosure should be there to the new members or any public advertisement. This is cheating with lacs of common people of INDIA. and management should take cognisance of this issue specially independent directors. It may be harsh but this is not less than scam/fraud/cheating with millions of members. I already made a written complaint to the National consumer forum about this, and now I will place a written complaint to our PMO to take strict action against the company for said improper trade practices.
