Dear sir/madam,
This is with much frustration that i write to you about the incompetency of club mahindra branch offices in bangalore.
It’s over two-three months that i have raised a request for the membership transfer from my husband’s name to my name. I lost my husband in december 2017, therefore i have applied for a membership transfer from his name to my name, me being the co-applicant in the membership.
I have visited the koramangala branch office multiple times, handed over all the necessary documents including my original club mahindra certificate. The only document that i could not provide was the legal heir certificate which i did not need to apply otherwise since i was the nominee for all his assets and accounts. I explained to one mr. Uzair in the koramangala branch that i will be unable to run around to the courts to get the legal heir certificate only for club mahindra membership since i did not have the time or means to do so, instead i was told a family tree certificate would suffice. I have even handed that over. Inspite of that the status of my application is unknown. Their brand office numbers i. E +[protected] are perennially unattended. I do not understand why the corporate website is sharing the branch office contact numbers when there is actually no one to attend the call. Me being a working professional and a single parent do not have the time to drive down to their koramangala branch all the way from peenya each time to understand the status. After having paid up lakhs of rupees for their membership this is the not the way a customer would be expected to be treated, that too a recent widow. I would expect to be professional enough to handle this with more empathy. Was this information helpful? |
