[Resolved]  Club Mahindra Holidays — Waitlist booking for my red studio for Dubai booking though it shows available on other sites

Dear Sir/Madam My membership ID is 2627138 and waitlist number is 167813 Name: Mita Chirag Paunwala I have tried to book for Dubai, 1BR. As I am the first time doing the booking under CM, I have started it at midnight of 1st August for Month of November and then also in an early morning. But the window for the month of November was not started during that time. At 9.30 AM on 1st August, when I have started to do the procedure on the website, it was hung. Simultaneously I have tried it through your call centre also, but it was also continuously busy. I got the turn at around 11.30 on customer care and that is also after 30 minutes of waiting on the line. (1) Because of the website as well as call center problem, customer (red studio) has mantle harassment. We have already booked the flight tickets and now because of the wait list, my entire planning is disturbed. CM has already agreed about the problem of the site and I have proof for the same. (2) On the other side, they are offering the complimentary trip of Dubai to new members. This is literally harassment from your side. Please clarify as soon as possible... I think there is the serious fraud from their end because if the site was not working as well as customer care numbers were engaged, how all bookings were confirmed? I am writing you mail as a last hope. I have already complained to club Mahindra with following complaint Numbers. MHRIL=[protected] MHRIL=[protected] Note: As per them, there is no vacant room in Dubai property. Today ( 19/09/2015 at 9:00 PM) When I have checked, it shows vacancy in the property. Even it shows available on the www.booking.com website.

Hello I am member of club mahindra[protected]I have booked club mahindra varca beach holiday since april. Still it shows waitlist holiday and one of my friend who is not a club mahindra member has got booking in the same property. This is really not expected from Club mahindra

Whats the use of being a member if we do not get privileged over others
