Thanks for the quick attention. Your representative had called me today and discussed about my concerns. I explained her my opinion & concerns. She acknowledged my concerns and my decision to withdraw the membership application. She mentioned that my request will be forwarded to concern department to process the withdrawal request.

I will wait for the confirmation of the withdrawal of my membership application and tentative date for the FULL REFUND.

Hi, I have been applied for club Mahindra membership for White Studio apartment and paid down payment on 23rd Nove, 16 Rs. 31, 160/- and given two cheques for ECS. but within here days first EMI has been deducted Rs. 9, 478/- My Membership ID - 2730684.

Now I have change my mind due to negative market feedback, and would like withdraw membership. I have also sent mail to [protected]@clubmahindra.com to withdraw my membership. as well as I have sent courier hard copy to your Chennai office and also handed over the letter to your representative Mr. Sushil Kumar ( E. ID - 18541 ). letter is enclosed herewith.
on the behalf of communication pls. cancel my membership and refund full amount Rs. 40, 838/- ASAP

Hi, I am having Club Mahindra Membership no[protected]ID 492226, Blue Season, Studio type, 10years tenure). The amount of Rs.31, 320.00 was deducted from my credit card towards the membership registration down payment. Later on I decided to withdraw my membership and I've sent the withdrawal form duly signed by me (the Principal Member ) and by Co-applicant as mentioned in their clause 8.1 of the terms and conditions of membership by speed post to Chennai office (Mount road), Mumbai (Vashi) office and to Bangalore(Koramangala) office . I have withdrawn my membership within 10days of the date of receipt of the Down Payment as per clause 8.1 which entitles me to full refund. I have mailed to [protected]@mahindraholidays.com,
[protected]@clubmahindra.com(interaction ID[protected]. But so far I have not received any response from club mahindra. Kindly refund the amount at the earliest
