Club Mahindra — Refund of club mahindra bliss membership

Updated by yatikhur2 Club Mahindra writes mails in which they keep on saying that they have tried to contact me over phone but could not so so this is all rubbish they have never phoned me There is no iota of truth and these people are not trustworthy .I would advise people to please do due diligence and then decide on membership.

Updated by yatikhur2 Got a call from Club Mahindra Sahil or some one he did know a thing he was a noivice Club Mahindra pl do not put such people u are only wasting ur time and my time Pl authorise someone responsible to work on this I expect better from a professional company like Club Mahindra

Updated by yatikhur2 Got a call today they repeated they won't refund any money but they kept on unethical and fraud why a.room had been blocked in my account with no authorisation this is a vse of mistrust and zero confidence and case of corporate governance

Club Mahindra Has written Various mails Summary and Replies are as Below

1) Whatts app of my request was sent to me for the room Booking record saying i had asked to book. I had asked Club Mahindra sales guy to book but from the free 7 days he had committed to me but he went ahead blocked in my name where as no authorisation had been given for this.This is a clear case of forgery

2)They are qouting some terms and condition where by they say we wont refund you I have been repeatedly asking for the complete terms and conditions which they are not providing

Club mahindra is not refunding my Rs 79564

This is about your email and our subsequent conversation regarding the cancellation of your Membership number 2997151. We are disappointed that you have decided to opt out of your Club Mahindra Membership.
 
We would like to draw your attention to clause 8.1 & 8.2 of the membership Terms & Conditions which states that:60% of the total membership cost is towards Admission Fees which is non-refundable.The refund amount is calculated basis the remaining paid amount on prorated basis post deducting holidays taken and other gifts availed.You have paid a total of Rs. 79574 till now for your membership. Since this amount is less than 60% of the total amount, there is no refund applicable as per the clauses mentioned above.
 
We would like to request you reconsider your decision and continue your membership. We would be happy to plan a holiday for you so that you can enjoy your membership. Please let us know if you would like to continue your membership.

i have been asking questions but no reply
have asked pointed questions but not received any reply so far to name it i have repeated 8 times  if you want i na mention dates it seems auto reply or AI based reply is ON.
I have already stated this at least 8 times  There are two points have been raising since 25 th March  1) As stated above The SaLes Guy committed 7 free nights in Himachal or 5  elsewhere iIn india what the message you are sending pertains to the free nights he had committed he had confirmed that but he went ahead and Blocked in my Name this is unethical without  asking from the customer how can u do it  this  this leads to mistrust  and overall it can be done so the dealings are not Fair,   That is why i had  made a confirmation on whatsapp for the free nights which he had promised -- No Reply to this   2) YOU  are again and again referring to the terms and conditions  but i have not seen pl send it I have also mentioned the same in my  mail from last 20 days and with   various reminders Pl send me the COMPLETE TERMS AND CONDITIONS 

PL ANSWER ABOVE QUESTIONS .
