Club Meridian — Service not provided

We had purchased a package from club meridien ( a unit of courtyard holidays pvt ltd) on 8 Feb, 2022. Our package included 14 nights in 2+2 years. The company claims to provide a booking after 7-10 days of request.. but they don't have tie ups with the locations they claim..

we tried to book at various locations at various dates but they couldn't provide us a single booking.. we are very much harass for last 4 months... Their exceutive Mr. Sagar Sharma( [protected]) has not picked our single call sincle 8 feb... their manager Mr. Morvin Massey ([protected]) is also the same...
for last one month we are trying to connect with their seniors but there is no transperancy in their working...
we have called their customer care center many times but our issue is still resolved... we want our refund
