Like most of you, I was also caught in this mindset that the company is fake, inspite of checking on their registration and other parameters. I thought I lost my money. But, I wasn't ready to leave it off, but go after them. I filed a complaint and did everything to put pressure on them. Finally, I was favoured with honouring commitments given by them.

What I have to suggest is that, all of you must go through the govt instituted Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission of their respective states or file a case in the local police station of the area, were the Hotel in which you met club Resorto team, with copies of all relevant proofs as is available with you. The police line takes time, money and periodic follow-up while taking the case through state Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, is much less financially possible.

I am sure, any one of these means can give good results. However, there is a point that CLUB RESORTO management is absolutely not professional in their operations, which is why, they have so many complaints against them.

I request all, who have put in their ordeal here in this site, to take up the issue through a legal platform and get encouraging and happy results.

Club Resorto is not fake, they are in operation as a company, but totally unprofessional and needs streamlining.
