I have taken holiday package offer from Club Resorto on 30/03/2024. And I have paid Rs. 40, 000/- towards the package cost. During the time of agreement finalization, they confirmed that we are eligible for 4/5 star hotels / resorts with complimentary breakfast option . But when I started booking through their webpage, I got offers which were not in line with the discussions / offers they made. Then I have asked their Escalation department...

Totally misguided. Totally unresponsive when we follow up for packages. Horror story doesnt end. Point blank refusal to entertain a cancellation. Mis quote as EMI option, without clarifying there is an interest component. Always indicate a convenience with hidden charges/ no availability of facilities but over promise.

Horror company. Never entertain a business with them please!

I got a call from Club resorto on January, 06, 2024 and was invited to Fairfield by Marriot Hotel. Their sales team gave lucrative offers and convinced me to pay 1, 12, 000 for the membership of 70 days. When I mailed them on January 11 for my trip plan. They stopped responding. My relationship manager Firdous is not receiving my calls. They are not agreeing on refunding the money as per their policy of return in 10 days....
