Got call to have won 3N/4D holiday package &movie voucher on 28 Aug 23 and invited us to Grand Bhagwati Sheraton Indore to collect it. Went there where Ms. Anuradha Saha and Mr. Navin Rathore started explaining all the packages and finally got the deal with 50000/- for 3yrs membership.
Promise for 4/5 star hotels and asked to avail the service. So I planned for a hotel in indore which they denied and asked to select from their choices. Despite confirmation they did not book the hotel and when I called they said all rooms sold out.
I called Ms. Anuradha and MrNavin both of them withdrew their support stating that it’s not in their purview.
When I asked for refund they said mail to company we can’t help.
