We got a call from Club resorto member Piyush Goyal stating you are a lucky customer and won a holiday package of 4N/5D along with a free movie voucher on 5th Aug 2023, They requested to visit their location to collect this free coupons. On arriving, they have explained the plans differently than what is written in the agreement. On cross question sales person Naman about misleading information in what he described versus what is given in the agreement. Answer was This is before covid agreement and latest terms can be found at the website along with upto date hotel chain details. Even during entire conversation they have told there is no hidden fees to this package however post signing they tick mark one AMF charges on cross questioning that part, its been said that is already covered in your package and you don't have to pay it until a year.
While exiting they said this package can not be consumed in next 15-20 days post that you can consume it. Post waiting for those cooling period when we requested services we are asked to additional breakfast, dinner and AMF charges which was at the time was agreement sign told as free from club resorto.
When we said we don't wanted to utilize company services as things are not being delivered as they were communicated on the table. We didn't heard a valuable response. Hence we decided to cancel the package with immediate effect which we got a response that it won't be refundable.
We would like to get full refund of our package that is 45000 as we have not utilized or not going to utilized any services from club resorto.
