Club Resorto — I am unable to use any gift/special offer bookings

On 7th October, I along with my father and mother were invited to hotel Essentia, Indore. There were representatives from club resorto offering various packages for 5/10/15/20/25 years with various benefits.

I bought the club resorto package of 5 years and they told if I purchase the package on same day, they offered me tenure of 8 years, stay of 3D/2N in local for my whole family and 5D/4N with flight round trip for 3 members in India.
I paid Rs.70000/- (seventy thousand) from my credit card to club resorto account.
Representative told me to pay Rs.30000/- (thirty thousand) balance when I will do checkout after the flight travel.

After my purchase when I requested the local stay gift booking for the first time on 27th October on my brother's birthday, they didn't do the booking till last day giving unnecessary excuses saying booking is for couple i.e. only 2, I need to pay Rs. 3000/- for extra bed and at last didn't gave me booking.

Then I again did the request 32 days prior for flight booking and stay for 5D/4N. They also denied same saying I need to inform 60 days prior for the flight booking. Though it was clearly told and written by representative to inform 30 days before flight booking.
I again made a request 62 days prior requesting same bookings now they are saying I need to pay flight tickets fair.
If I have to pay for flight then how it is a gift and it is nowhere mentioned in the document or email that I have to pay for flight which was offered as a gift.

They are simply fooling me and cancelling bookings again and again. I am struggling a lot for booking. Having hundreds of email exchange, whatsapp messages and phone calls to request the bookings.

The representatives are not evening receiving my call and not even replying to any of my messages.

I request you to please help me to get my complete money back as they are not doing any booking.

You can ask your bank to cancel the transaction also please don't use any service from them.
