Mr aravind said that we have a package 60 days for 10 years for rs 230000/-. I thought it's good and when I have taken membership eithe me aravind of my RM were less responsive. I requested for booking to goa, they shared some hotels but when I choose one they asked me the pay the utility charges etc. and once I have asked the meaning of that, no response I called MY RM and customer support team everyone is not responding. On the day of my travel i requested a mail for cancellation of my membership, they they have started responding to my mail stating pay the utility charges and u will get hotel booking or else you will not.
I said I want to have cancellation only. Then MR Ali from escalation team came in stated that you query will be resolved over call, after that he stated ignoring my calls and not updating the status.
Now again Ms. Kanika came into the picture and stating that without availing the service we can give refund. When I am calling them they are not responding properly and no one is attending the calls.
Kindly help me in getting my money back
