I have taken a club membership taken from Club Resorto in the month of March 2023 by paying Rs.1.65 lakhs from Mr. Garry Sales Manager for a period of 10 years. While taking club membership, i was offered a Special package of 70 nights both international and domestic in 4 star and 5 star hotels with no extra cost.
When i written a mail to Booking team of club resorto for my trip to Coorg they are giving me all 2 to 3 star properties.
I have Requested them to cancel my membership but they are not responding. Its big time fake and fraud company, looting the money from the customers. Was this information helpful? |
