I purchased a subscription plan worth 1.40 lakhs on August 6th. Unfortunately, on September 9th, I received a diagnosis of a severe medical condition that prevents me from continuing with this membership. I've reached out to the team through email and followed up multiple times, but they have not responded. It has been over a month, and I still have not received any communication or progress on the refund. My medical condition is critical, and it is not covered by my medical insurance. Despite providing my medical reports to them, I have not received any response. They keep delaying the process by promising to coordinate, but no action has been taken. I am beginning to wonder if this might be a scam. I urgently need assistance in processing my refund. The membership was obtained through Shad in Indore at the Sheraton Grand Bhagwati Palace Hotel, but both Shad and the Club Resorto team have been unresponsive.
