I Had Opted For The Package With Club Resorto. During The Sales Meeting The Agent Mentioned That They Would Be Prompt In Providing Airfares At Discounted Rates As Well. On May 1st I Requested For A Couple Of Flight Tickets And They Responded Back With A Standard Template Asking Even For Hotel Information. I Responded Stating That I Want Only The Flight Tickets And Called Their Customer Care Multiple Times. They Didn't Respond To My Mail During This Entire Time Period And Finally After A Week They Sent An Email Because Of My Continuous Calls To Them. Looking At The Turnaround Time And Bad Service, I Called The Relationship Manager And Told Him About The Issue. He Told Me That He Cannot Provide Me A Refund Due To This Issue And Spoke Very Rudely. I Am Filing This Complaint To Get A Refund And Also To Ensure That Noone Else Is Hassled By Such A Bad Company Was this information helpful? |
