Club Resorto — Not refunding/cancelling-false commitments

Dear sir/madam

I have been sold holiday package with promises of
1. 30% discount on flight tickets for as many number of tickets as many times as I want l.
2. 5 days holiday package per year for 4 years.
3. I can cancel the service anytime, even after using 1 holiday if I am not satisfied with the service.

I bought this service in the name of my wife S.Ayesha on 7 Jan 2024 through credit card payment of 40000 rupees. They gave me a agreement hardcopy and they given confirmation mail of payment receipt alongwith invoice.

On 13/01/23 I asked them for flight booking for 4 members (for me and my 3 family members) from Indore to Bangalore. They did not respond for 23 days and after rigorous follow up with the relationship manager Firdous (mobile number +[protected], she told me that for flight bookings I need to book 70 days in advance. But booking 70 days advance is not practical at all and also they did not told me at the time of selling the package.
As this does not fit my purpose, I asked for cancellation on 18/01/24. Since then I am following up with them rigorously..
They asked me the reason, and I have clarified that, it is not fitting to me as you have given false promises and you have not fulfilled your commitments, I don't want this, please refund my money.

Now again they are saying that they have not denied any service hence they cannot cancel the service and refund the amount.

They are giving false promises and not fulfilling, other personnel may also get into trap of these persons.
I am requesting you to kindly get my money rupees 40000 refunded and take strict legal actions against them.
