I got a call from Club resorto on January, 06, 2024 and was invited to Fairfield by Marriot Hotel. Their sales team gave lucrative offers and convinced me to pay 1, 12, 000 for the membership of 70 days. When I mailed them on January 11 for my trip plan. They stopped responding. My relationship manager Firdous is not receiving my calls. They are not agreeing on refunding the money as per their policy of return in 10 days.

Hi I’m also one of the victim got cheated by this club Resorto scan on the same day in Chennai Marriot hotel. Lost the same amount of 410000. Can you please let me know your status so that we can see how to take it further to get the refund .
