I am filing this complaint against ClubResorto for their continuous refusal to honor my refund request, despite multiple promises made by their representatives. The unethical practices and delays have caused significant frustration, and I believe I have been misled and deceived.

In March 2024, after purchasing a car, I was bombarded with unsolicited calls from ClubResorto, claiming I had been chosen as a “lucky winner” of exclusive vacation packages. They enticed me with promises of stays at five - and seven-star hotels, luxury resorts, and "free vacations" at heavily discounted prices. These offers were presented through flashy videos and persuasive sales tactics. I raised several questions, but their representatives responded with half-truths and misrepresented facts, pressuring me into making a decision to ...o follow through and instead offered a credit voucher.
4. Prolonged Refund Battle: I have been fighting for a refund for over six months, and their stalling tactics have caused undue delays.
5. Negligent Customer Service: Their customer service team provides evasive responses with no clear intent to resolve the issue.
Desired Resolution:
I am requesting an immediate refund of the full amount I paid to ClubResorto. I have been more than patient over the last 6 months and their unethical tactics have caused significant stress to both me and my husband. I urge ConsumerComplaints.in to take strict action against ClubResorto and hold them accountable for their fraudulent practices.
