I am anil kumar sharma have mob. No. [protected] take club jiva membership from mount abu by shiva sodi mob. No.
[protected] and atique and hitesh these are big cheater. I say club jiva is totally cheater because they cheat with people. I paid 80000 rs. For this membership but not take any service and i say cancel this membership at first they not agree so when i ready to police complaint against club jiva they agree to refund my money after few month they refund some mony but not full now i say to club jiva refund my remaining mony other vise i will be police complaint against club jiva and also post in social media like wtsap or facebook. Also i say those who submitted positive reviews these are only club jiva employee not members. Only one way to complaint against these cheater and talk every one about these cheater. At end i say club jiva is totally cheater.

      I had been awarded Club Jiva voucher as winner. Had been promised 5 nights/6 days free accommodation in any of their tie up location. I had been following up with them since October'16 and at that time I was told to call and do bookings in April'17 as till March'17 its full. When i called in April'17 they told me to call in June'17 as its not available.

      In the meantime y voucher validity dates are going to expire and how should i resolve this issue.

        I was about to fall prey to this fraud company but thanks to this portal. T was a near miss. Looks like this con game is running high in goa. There ground marketing personnel convinced my wife that she is lucky to win a lucky draw and in order to claim the prize he asked us to go through a 60 mims presentation. This was like bluffmaster movie where every step is carefully desgned to fool you. starting from their marketing guys requests which will bring your emotions out and you will become his god to help him earn 300 rupees. than starts the game, in presentation they will convince you in such a way like they will try to pose you as a family decision maker, the caring father, husband, a masiha who gifts holidays to his nears and dears. the DAV to which they are affiliated is also a fraud company, to sum up this is a game of taking money in the name of dreams which are later declined in the name of 'no availability of rooms' or lower class booking with hidden charges. At last their representative started presurrising me to pay money than and there itself. their costs are like buyiing a small car, I asked them why don't you give time to ppl to think, they said the offer is for today only. I was given a 2.5 lacs scheme which they reduced to 85k later but only on the condition to pay immediately. They also know that once we read its reviews on google we are never gonna come back. Fraud chaps...to hell with them for wasting my 2 hours.

          My name is Brijesh.I joined club jiva on 23/03/17 in Goa. I took a membership plan for 5 years nd paid an amount of rs 10000. As the club member said its the minimum amount to be pay for becoming a member. But when I search on google, I look 99per reviews are bad. So now I m not satisfied nd now want to cancle my membership plan nd want my amont back. Club jiva cheated mostly couples nd families on tour nd in the same way at every place. They all are fraud ..plss take action against them.

            Hello,

            My name is Nitin Maru. I am from Bhiwandi. I joined Club Jiva on 22/02/2017 at Mahabaleshwar. We took a plan for 10 years and 5 holidays alternate year. The plan was of Rs. 65, 000 and at that time in Mahabaleshwar we paid Rs.15000 as they said this is the minimum amount you must pay to become the member.

            The membership plan was explained by Consultant: Vijeta and the Manager over there was Ashutosh. Vijeta explained us the membership plan and during the explanation period Vijeta said and did not said the following things:

            1. Vijeta DID NOT said that there are Three Seasons - RED, WHITE & BLUE.
            2. Vijeta said that you can book in Club Jiva as well as in DAE at any time of the year and you can get the booking and go for holiday in Club Jiva as well as in DAE at any time of the year i.e. between 1st January to 31st December.
            3. Vijeta said that you get 5 holidays every alternate year in 10 years and each holiday will have 7Nights/8Days. Vijeta told me that you can even split our holidays in Club Jiva as well as in DAE for example if you want 2nights in Manali and 3nights in Shimla or if you want 2nights in New York and 3nights in Hawaii, you can split your holidays like this.
            4. Vijeta said that in Club Jiva you will only have to pay a maintenance charge i.e. Rs.4900/- Only for 7nights. In DAE, Vijeta said that you will have to pay between $99 to $299 depends on which hotel you select.
            5. Vijeta said that if you book in DAE for example, 2nights in New York and 3nights in Florida then you just have to pay once and the amount will be between $99 to $299 and in that amount you will get the booking in New York as well as in Florida.
            6. Vijeta said in Club Jiva or in DAE for example if you take 3nights in year 2018 then the remaining 4nights will be carry forwarded in year 2020 as it’s your alternate year plan or even if you want to go for holiday in year 2019 then you can use those remaining 4nights of year 2018 but for that you will have to inform us when you book your holidays in year 2018. Vijeta said this is applicable in Club Jiva as well as in DAE.
            7. Vijeta said in DAE for example if you take 2nights in February, 2018 and if you take remaining 5nights in the same year i.e. 2018 in the month of September then you don’t have to pay anything but if you take the remaining 5nights in next year i.e. 2019 then you have to pay between $99 to $299 and this amount depends on the hotel you select.

            So while Vijeta was explaining us the Membership Plan I even asked and confirmed twice or even thrice about every above mentioned points.

            I asked about the booking period and getting the booking and also I asked that I can go at any time of the year and Vijeta said as it is in above Point no. 2.

            I became member, I got the agreement and Kit and in agreement I saw BLUE typed under Seasons column so I asked twice that what does this season mean and Vijeta’s answer was that it’s that you can book and go at any time of the year i.e. between 1st January to 31st December and Vijeta said there’s a book inside which has all the hotel names with location of Club Jiva and DAE so I went back to hotel and I opened the book and after turning 3-4 pages, I saw a page which had RED Season, WHITE Season and BLUE Season and then I immediately ran to the place where Vijeta explained me the Membership Plan and I went and showed Vijeta the page in the book and she said that it means you can book at any time of the year i.e. between 1st January to 31st December. But Then too I said her that in BLUE Season it’s written that you are allowed in Off Seasons but Vijeta assured and guaranteed us that you can go for holiday at any time of the year i.e. between 1st January to 31st December.

            Then for Point no. 3 & Point no. 4, I asked twice and thrice and re-confirmed that in DAE for example I can take 2nights in New York and 3nights in Florida or in Club Jiva for example we can take 2nights in Goa and 3nights in Manali and her answer was as she said in Point no. 3 and then I asked Vijeta about the maintenance for Club Jiva that I will only have to pay Rs. 4900/- only and no other taxes or any extra fee and she said Rs. 4900/- ONLY for 7nights is maintenance charge for Club Jiva and no service tax or any extra fee you will have to pay and also on Owner Application Form, there is a section where she has to fill the amount of Maintenance charge and there she just wrote Rs. 4900 as we had took a copy of that form and when we went to Club Jiva Office in Jogeshwari, Meena Ma’am over there said us that the maintenance is Rs. 4900/- +Tax but as she saw in form that only Rs.4900 is written by the consultant: Vijeta and no +Tax is written, Meena ma’am said it’s our Consultant’s mistake and you will only be charged Rs. 4900 and no tax. I have added the copy of that form in the Attachments.

            Then I asked in DAE for example if I book 2nights in New York and 3nights in Florida then I only have to pay between $99 to $299 and that also only once and it will include New York and Florida so Vijeta’s answer was same as it is in Point no. 5.

            Then for Point no. 6 even we asked twice and thrice and re-confirmed but she said as it is in Point no. 6.

            Even for Point No. 7, I re-confirmed with Vijeta and asked Vijeta that is it possible to take holidays as you are saying and I don’t have to pay anything if we take remaining holiday nights in the same year and we just have to pay if we take the remaining holiday nights in the next year and their answer to this question was same as in Point no. 7

            I went to Club Jiva Office in Jogeshwari on 25/02/2017 to re-confirm all these things and also to meet the office staff. There, I got to know from Meena ma’am that Red Season members will have first priority to get the booking then the White Season Members and then at Last Blue ones. We didn’t even knew about this. Then I got to know that there is nothing like you can split your holidays in DAE or you can pay only once and go for 2 or 3 places in DAE. Also I got to know at Club Jiva Office in Jogeshwari that you have to pay a fix amount in DAE and that’s $229 for 7nights. Then I got to know that you can’t even carry forward your remaining holidays as it’s in Point no. 6.

            I became member because I wanted to travel Internationally. In India, I have covered almost all places except Goa and Kerala. My main reason for becoming member was to travel Internationally and also going at 2 or 3 places by just paying one price.

            The same happened to me when I went for my holidays to Goa.I had paid Rs 15000/- as a membership fee.
            Kindly suggest, if I should go ahead and pay the remaining amount or what action needs to be taken.

            They all are fraud people.. Don't invest your money with this Jiva club.
            While u meet this people they show they are very proper with system.. But fake peoples are there so be safe ...
            They said free voucher or i[censored]r not interested then they can refund amount but Mr Parag Navre very big fraud person who cheated with us n stolen our money. FRAUD.
            Same happened with me during my recent visit to Goa. Club jiva executives told me that there is a 24th anniversary celebration of karma Resort at Baga Beach and told me open a free gift coupon where i can win free gifts & be part of the celebrations party. They offered 1 coupon & I opened it which mentioned Sorry better luck next time. Then he took out another coupon from his pocket and offered it to my wife. The coupon my wife opened mentioned a free gift. The club Jiva executive told that we have to collect our free gift from the hotel and he will arrange for free cab for to & fro travel to the hotel. We accepted his offer and proceeded towards the hotel in cab, The executive was following us on his bike. On the way he told that the celebration is full at the said hotel so we will go to other hotel which is also celebrating thier achivement. Thus they took us to Hotel Nagao Grande. On reaching there we found that there was no celebrations instead after getting the entry form filled from us, they took us to a noisy hall. Their executive Ms. Tanvi (local from goa) took over and stared with her presentation which was full of falsehood & inflated offer. She also called her boss in between for clearing our doubts. They were making many false promises but nothing was on the paper. They were making tempeting offers on holidays but were not disclosing any offer prize. For every doubts raised by us, they always gave a positive response so that we fall into thier trap. Their presentation continued for 1.5 hours in a noisy atmosphere. By god's grace finally we denied to take their offer where we need to pay a hefty amount of 42, 500 as joining fee for 5 years alternate year holiday plan at thier resorts. I suggest all the peoples who will visit goa in future to beware of the fraud company CLUB JIVA. and also beware of their field executive who are present on goa street on thie bikes. If they force you, then please notedown their bike number and approach to nearest police station. Also request other peoples who have already visited Goa and have similar experience to come forward and share it with public to make them aware of the modus operande of CLUB JIVA.

              FRAUD CLUB JIVA
              I vistited Matheran on 18th Feb with my wife. One of person from Jiva Club met me near Near Rangoli Retreat hotel and he gave one coupon to tear and I found message " one of sure gift 1.LED, 2. IPOD, 3 stay at hotel, 4 Cash reward of INR 10000”. He said we will have to attend a presentation for 1 hour at Hillock hotel with Family, he also asked if I have the VISA credit Card, he said nothing will be asked to pay. So to fool the person and swipe card immediately. I reached the reception of hotel of Rangoli Retreat. One lady met and asked to show the VISA card. Then One of Salesgirl took us to see hotel said Jiva club have tie up with Rangoli Retreat hotel & ihe said JIVA club is the owner of various hotels like Cidade De Daman, Millennium Park in Panchgani, Aguada Anchorage in Goa, Abhishek Beach in Ganpatipule Ratnagiri, Ginger Tree/ Goveia Holiday homes in Candolim / Anjuna beach etc, she showed us mails from Existing customer who are satisfied…..fake mails and pictures.She also said with Club Jiva membership i can also book Club Mahindra resorts any season any time. Then she asked his senior manager (Jignesh, may b fake name) to attain us. He said he can get cash discount if I accept this today…..a big trap. He said 2 yrs free membership one domestic & one international trip is free 6 nights/7 days in 4/5 star hotels ….again trap, we asked him his visiting card or ID card, manager said they will show when you take membership ….again trap. He was again and again asking me if my credit card is older more the 3 yrs then i would get more rewards points ... big trap, as credit card older then 3yrs dont have cip inside & easy to do fraud. They both were discussing lie/ fake stories about their hospitality, services of Jiva club. He was making my mind to say YES by writing again and again. He said that the annual charge is just Rs 4900 and I have to pay Rs 1, 30, 000/- for 25yrs membership . He said if I pay uising credit card they have arrangement with my bank and I can covert this into 24 EMIs with 0% interest ( another lie)& asked me to just show my credit card & they brought the credit card swiped machine for Rs 100, 000 and I didnot the pin under their influence/ hypnotism as that person was not ready to show his visiting card & thank god i got chip based credit & debit card. I took my card back & kept it in my pocket. Immediately I checked the google to see the review and found they are fraud, they have cheated so many people in other locations. They target families/couples on holiday trips so that they can not do anything.

              We are not aware why you have opted to post this message on this platform. We have no customer registered by name of Mr. Manish Maisheri. Further you said of visiting Matheran and attending presentation Hillock Hotel which is in Mount Abu. These all points are suspicious and seems an intentional attempt to harm our brand reputation which in turn can be termed as defamation. We have loyal and satisfied customer base which keep increasing despite people with vested interest keeps posting unwarranted things on social media. We have no control on the messages posted on such social media website and will prefer to avoid responding further.

                Respected sir,
                We are being cheated by this club. I have complained once on your website but I didn't got any respond. When me and my family were visiting Goa in the year 2015 there we were exploited in the name of foreign tourism. We deposited our money and after struggling so much we got the membership card but they were not explaining us that what was the procedure o[censored]sing the card we have called so many times and we have send them message In their website but they blocked our ID. I hope you will take a action against that group.

                  We have deposited our money in the company named club jiva we are being exploited in the name of foreign tours. After struggling few months we got our membership card but now they are not providing us information about the procedures o[censored]sing this card and they are not receiving our calls also. We are being cheated since we visited Goa in the year 2015.Hence, we don't want to be any member of this club. We just need a refund.

                    On dt.18/11/16 at De'Alturas Hotel, Candolin, Goa, they convenience me to deposit 30, 000/ and 18 Emi. But after know review on Google. And bed experience to talk club execu. Dharmendra and about my card, receipt, and not booking any time reservation, I cancel my membership. Even I send msg. for cancel my membership and refund my deposited amount Rs.30, 000/ .Till today I didn't get any call or msg. I didn't get any feedback after 50 day. And I didn't get any booking of resort as I want . when I call about it they answers that u have to before six, ten month. I ask how it can programme anybody before ten month. Then he tell we r getting before 12 month. Then I socked to get this type of answer. And I feel like I am an idiot to be of member of club Jiva. So, I cancel my membership

                    As early I have book my complaint in dtd12/01/2017, till today it does not solve, nobody contact or any msg. kindly give me reply and refung my deposit and emi amout, otherwise I am going to sue in court and file FIR in police station within week. kindly reply me as early as possible.                       I went on trip to matheran and i was told that i have to go through 1 hr session to get a vacation free. I and my husband took membership of club jiva as i was told we can plan for any month and anytime we want and we only have to inform 1 week prior and there would be a room booked for us. I called up for a booking from 30th dec till 2nd jan near mumbai but i was told that booking is full and we can get booking for delhi or shimla. Pls tell me who the hell go to delhi for new year and to shimla for 4 days. That girl i spoke to (Nisha) was more interested in going home as her working hrs were ending. Club jiva cheated us of money and their service is pathetic. Their customer service rep doesnt know how to speak english or even how to speak politely. She was asking me again and again to send a email and not call. Then she was telling me that i have to 1 month prior my trip dates. I told her that was not written anywhere in contract. She said it is written but she was unable to tell me where it was updated. When i asked for refund as m not getting the booking, she refused to send my application for refund as there needs to valid reason for cancellation. Pls soneone tell me more valid reason than not getting booking i want on time. For all peaple who have been cheated. I seriously suggest to do a police complaint with the contract signed

                        I have been forced to take membership with clubjiva of 30, 000 for 5 years. As of now no service is being utilized by me. Due to some health issues as I requested I will not be able to use the service and so requested for refund which was denied. The same thing has been conversed with customer care and requested many times but all in vain. So through this platform I request you to cancel my membership and refund my amount.

                          On 25th Nov 2016, One of guy trapped us by giving free gift cards.

                          Plan seems to be good but as per speech Club jiva member told they 65 hotels and DAE will be free. But this is totally wrong. Jiva dont have 65 hotels and DAE is chargeable. This was confirm by Jiva sales after inquiry.

                          Jiva sales girls are giving wrong info to peoples and trying to fool peoples.

                          Club jiva club jiva taken money rs.81600 at name of club jiva membership on 16/11/2016, but when i know that it fraud immediately mailed to club jiva for cancellation of membership and return of money but club jiva refuse to cancel membership and also refuse to give return to money, though i did't take any facility from club jiva. Club jiva made cheats to manny people in the name of club jiva membership. So sir /madam kindly help me to get back my money from club jiva thanking you.

                            Our membership no. is CJ/MP/OP/SHIMLA 00029
                            We got trapped in this fraud Club Jiva / Holiday Kart ltd. during our visit in Shimla on Oct 2016, they are big cheaters. They make tourists their target as they know tourist will not stay there for long time.
                            We came across this Club Jiva member on Mall road Shimla. A man on that street came up to us and tried to lure us by the gift vouchers; we refused to accept the voucher. Then he said he was poor and would get money, if we accept the card. Also he somehow convinced my 6 yrs daughter to scratch the card and try her luck. The cards showed 4 gifts (a free holiday, a led T.V, a cash price of 10000rs and an Ipad) he said we will definitely get one of those prizes. And we will have to visit the hotel to collect it and said that it is just a part of the promotion of the hotel, so that we can recommend it to others.
                            We went to the hotel where we were asked to fill the form and attend 1 hour seminar, again they said it was only for their hotels promotion. We said we don’t have that much time but still they insisted saying they will wind up early, but the all this drama stretched for 3 hours.
                            Miss Anisha and her senior Miss Gupta gave the luxurious presentation about the 10 yrs membership of Club JIVA costing 1lakh which gives free accommodation in all 5 star hotels in India and also about the DAE group which gives free accommodation in foreign countries. They made several high, high and high promises to us, and presented before us a long list of resorts of club jiva and its tie ups. They told us that apart from the membership fee and maintenance fee, we would not be required to pay a single penny for staying at any of these resorts. Still we were not convinced and said we not in position to pay such a big amount.
                            To this Miss Gupta make up with another offer of an interest free 12 EMIs on HDFC credit card and no other charges. We still were not convinced so, Miss Gupta lured us again with 10000Rs discount and 24 interest free EMIs on 90000Rs that is 3750Rs for 24months (3750rs X 24months = 90000Rs) and said they have ties ups with bank. She also said we can cancel the membership within 10 days and we will get our whole money back.
                            Note during all this time Miss Anisha was trying to lure us by getting all chatty with sweet and personal talks and praising comments. We even ask them to give us some time to make the decision, but they didn’t allow us to go out the hotel and said you can discuss in your language which they said they don’t understand .We were discussing in Marathi language our mother tongue but they would stay there and interrupt us, Later on we came to know that Miss Gupta understands Marathi language as she served in Goa for some years this was other cheat. I believe we were hypnotized and under their influence.
                            In this way we were hypnotized to buy the 10 years membership of Rs 90, 000. We have to pay in 24 months EMI of Rs 3750. We did transition by Credit card by opting the EMI option on the machine (Yes I pressed EMI option also). We got a call from Bank to confirm the transaction we confirmed and clearly mention about the 24 EMIs, bank said that was the merchant’s call, again Miss Gupta assured promised that it’s her duty as all credit card banks have special Tie up with them and she will make sure about 24 EMI.
                            After this we went to hotel and checked the reviews we found all the bad reviews everywhere on internet and came to know how fraud this club is.
                            We immediately messaged Miss Gupta to give the clarification about the bad reviews and cancel our membership; she said to check good reviews also. We searched hard and found almost 99% of the reviews were bad and –VE only 3-4 reviews were good that also I am sure they must paid or by their own employees.
                            We also immediately called HDFC credit card service and asked them to cancel the payment as the Club Jiva is a big fraud. Bank customer care said to fill the dispute form. We did that after coming to Greater Noida. Meanwhile we came to know through bank that merchant has claimed for the whole amount instead of EMIs. And also we will have to pay the interest on the whole amount.
                            Following are the reason we want to cancel our membership with this Club.
                            1. First of all it’s a fraud club mispresenting the information and cheating the innocent people.
                            2. 99 % of the reviews are bad.
                            3. They claimed for whole amount instead of the emis and are also making us to pay the interest.
                            4. They said we can cancel the membership within 10 days, and now they say its nonrefundable.
                            5. They have given us blue card which for off season and this was not told to us before.
                            6. There are utility charges ranging from 500rs to 1500rs per person to book the hotel or resorts through them, which was again hidden from us.
                            7. They promise 4-5 stars hotels, but actually give 3 and below stars hotel,
                            8. Till today we wrote minimum 50 emails to you, last 10 emails were requesting transaction details for so called refunded money as claimed by you. i would like to inform you the transaction against my card still shows same. My bank is requesting refund transaction details. so, why don't you provide those details. So this case is not yet resolved...

                              Time and again we are requesting you for our refund and we are getting the same reply that policy is not refundable.

                              Email written to customer care Club Jiva, we have mentioned clearly that how your representative team at Mahabaleshwar has cheated us by saying and showing false documents before signing the agreement.

                              Our money is laying since 2015 with you and we have not avail the facility till date today.

                              Our current situation is not allowing us to avails any such policy, which have been brought to your notice time and again through mails and many telephonic conversations as well.

                              Further your representative Ms Simmy had agreed and assured for the refund and now you are denying for the same.

                                We have been registered for the holiday kart pvt ltd (Club jiva), membership on 31st october 2016 in shimla. As club jiva did not answer any of our concern after even six days, we request you to help us to cancel the membership.
                                Holiday kart pvt ltd (Club jiva) members are mentally torturing us.

                                1. It was decided that club jiva will deduct rs. 90000 in 24 month (By emi and the monthly emi will be not more than rs. 3750), however club jiva have illegally charged rs. 90000 on my credit card.
                                2. The information given by holiday kart pvt ltd (Club jiva), was fully deliberately fabricated and was not truth at all.
                                3. We were hypnotized and were came under influence of club jiva representatives which they did for their while swiping the card i had even pressed emi option on swipe card, so how could they deduct rs. 90, 000 on my card.
                                4. Importantly, we came to know about the bad reviews about this club jiva and how fraud it is after taking the membership.

We did transition by Credit card by opting the EMI option on the machine (Yes I pressed EMI option also). We got a call from Bank to confirm the transaction we confirmed and clearly mention about the 24 EMIs, bank said that was the merchant’s call, again Miss Gupta assured promised that its her duty as all credit card banks have special Tie up with them and She will make sure about 24 EMI.
                                After this we went to hotel and checked the reviews we found all the bad reviews everywhere on internet and came to know how fraud this club is.
                                We immediately messaged Miss Gupta to give the clarification about the bad reviews and cancel our membership; She said to check good reviews also. We searched hard and found almost 99% of the reviews were bad and –VE only 3-4 reviews were good that also I am sure they must paid or by their own employees.
                                We also immediately called HDFC credit card service and asked them to cancel the payment as the Club Jiva is a big fraud. Bank customer care said to fill the dispute form. We did that after coming to Greater Noida. Meanwhile we came to know through bank that merchant has claimed for the whole amount instead of EMIs. And also we will have to pay the interest on the whole amount.
                                Following are the reason we want to cancel our membership with this Club.
                                1. First of all it’s a fraud club mispresenting the information and cheating the innocent people.
                                2. 99 % of the reviews are bad.
                                3. They claimed for whole amount instead of the emis and are also making us to pay the interest.
                                4. They have given us blue card which for off season and this was not told to us before.
                                5. There are utility charges ranging from 500rs to 1500rs per person to book the hotel or resorts through them, which was again hidden from us.
                                6. They promise 4-5 stars hotels, but actually give 3 and below stars hotel,
                                7. Till today we wrote minimum 50 emails to you, last 10 emails were requesting transaction details for so called refunded money as claimed by you. i would like to inform you the transaction against my card still shows same. My bank is requesting refund transaction details. so, why don't you provide those details. So this case is not yet resolved...

                                  Club Jiva — Cheating by Club Jiva Team at Mahabaleshwar on 27th October 2016


                                  I Mitesh Panchal visited Mahabaleshwar with my wife. On 27th October 2016, we met a guy named Raj (Mobile: [protected]) and Kunal [protected] at market giving us some lucky draw coupons for Jiva Club on the occasion of their 5th Anniversary and asked us to visit the Panorama Hotel on 27th October Morning.

                                  He told us that there will be a small presentation and then we have to scratch the lucky draw coupon and then we will get any one of the prize from below options as part of their anniversary celebration:

                                  1. LED TV
                                  2. Tablet
                                  3. Holiday worth Rs. 21, 000
                                  4. Rs. 10, 000 Cash.

                                  He also asked us to come with any Master or Visa Card (Credit/Debit) and ID Proof. We went there in morning and it took around 2 Hours. Ms. asked our Holiday Patterns and past holiday destinations and noted down the same on a form. Later on she went through brochure of their Resorts and explained Packages.

                                  Initially we were asked to pay Rs. 54, 000 for 21 Nights Package. Later on their manager Mr. Parag Navare (Mobile: [protected]) had discussion with us and he provided discount and gave final amount as Rs. 40, 000/- and he told that this amount will get converted into EMI of Rs. 1, 111 per month for 36 months. He used my SBI Credit card for the same and I found that he charged me for full Rs. 40, 000/-. I asked him about the same and he said that he has just blocked the limit of Rs. 40 000 and this will get converted into EMI of Rs.1, 111 automatically and told me not to worry about it.

                                  After all this we scratched the lucky draw coupon and to our surprise we found Holiday Coupon from Jiva Club which is totally useless as we will already have access to these resorts after becoming the member.

                                  After returning to Mumbai I received my Hdfc credit card bill on 1st November and found the full amount of Rs. 40, 000 showing up and it is not converted into EMI as Mr. Parag Navare discussed.

                                  They also informed me that there will be No Annual Maintenance Cost, and it is to be paid only in the year we go to their own resorts.

                                  I am no more interested in Club Jiva membership and demand my Rs. 40 000 back immediately by RTGS/NEFT, failing which I will initiate filing FIR against Company and fraudsters and spread the same on various Social media platforms via Club Jiva Facebook Page, Twitter

Since she was not available at that time, I have been asked to send my complaint via email to [protected]@clubjiva.in and I was informed that I will get call back from Ms. Meena Sharma, but it is already been 24 hours I have sent her email { Attached snap of email } and I have not heard back anything from them. I have called up on their head office several times on[protected] to talk with Ms Meena Sharma but she did not talk and I was informed that she is busy in meeting and I will get call back. I left me phone number and name and waited for whole day but did not get any call from their end.

                                    I am no more interested in Club Jiva membership and demand my Rs. 45, 000 back immediately by RTGS/NEFT, failing which I will initiate filing FIR against Company and fraudsters and spread the same on various Social media platforms via Club Jiva Facebook Page, Twitter etc.

                                    2. Annual maintenance charge is to be paid only in the year we use holidays and it is not to be paid at all if we do not use it.
                                    I also asked them if I don't go for Holiday in 2017 and directly go in 2018 then what AMC, I have to pay, then Ms. Vijeta said that in that case I have to pay only Rs.4, 900/- Plus Taxes. But from your Jogeshwari office I got to know that member has to pay AMC for all the years he has membership for. So if member does not use Holidays in 2017 and uses the same in 2018 then he will be charges for : 4900 (For Year 2017) + 4900 (For Year 2018) + Taxes !!!

                                    3. The 21 Nights provided can be consumed till 2025 even if we take 3 Years plan. I got to know from you Jogeshwari office that the 21 Nights must be used in 3 Years i.e. 2017, 2018, 2019 and after Year 2019 the nights will get lapsed.

                                    I have sent you several email and called up several time but you guys are totally unprofessional and delaying my refund further without any valid reasons.

                                    I have got email from Meena Sharma in November-2016 which mentions that I will get refund in 45 days, even after several follow ups and calls the refund is not processed yet and it is getting delayed from Club Jiva for no valid reasons. I called up in first week of February 2017 and at that time Meena Sharma gave assurance that refund will get processed by end of February but half of march is already passed and still my refund is not processed and there is not a single communication from Club Jiva for the same.

                                    How can you mark my complaint as resolved even though you have promised me to refund but you have not refunded my money from 4 months ?

                                      We are trying from last 15 days for booking the hotel at Goa. But we are not getting any reply from the head office . We need the reservation for[protected] to[protected]. We have frequently called on [protected]/[protected]. they are telling they will call back but till date we have not got any call or mail of reservation.Even today morning she told us that she will give the booking but she will mail in the afternoon. but till now we have not received any mail. now when i am calling the office is closed. Our holidays will be spoiled if we do not get the reservation . Kindly give us the reservation otherwise we will have to cancel our membership . You will have to pay back our amount which we paid for this club .
