Unable to Submit Review Submit Button Not Working

I am trying to submit a review for my trip on the Travel Triangle website, but the "Submit Review" button is not working. After filling in the required details and clicking the button, the review is not submitted and there is no clear error message indicating the problem.

I have tried refreshing the page and attempting the submission again, but the issue persists....

Refund Not Processed INR 15,000 by Rohit Jaiswal

This issue starts like this. Rohit had called our company for promoting his product on Travel Triangle Platform for Travel Agents. He started asking for Money INR 35, 000 immediately to register for his company for Travel Leads and Enquiries. We tried to ask him many questions...

The salesperson had produced the quote and explained all necessary requirements. We liked the resort (property) and approved it and had booked the package for November 2021 from Travel Triangle (TT) on 20th August, 2021. The quote was of INR One Lakh Thirty thousand only...

Hello Team,

I had booked a Thailand package from travel triangle from Journey Routers agent on 13th Jan 2020. I paid 2 instalments of Rs. 69, 400 till 27 Feb 2020. Before paying 3rd and last instalment as corona virus was spreading in Thailand as a precautionary measures i decided to cancel my trip even the agent said that he will charge 20% amount as cancellation charge.

I went ahead and cancelled my package...

potter events and travel agent a fraud

Do not book with this agent when referred by travel triangle. Mr. Vaibhav the owner will first ask you to book in a private mode without informing travel triangle and that he will create a package less than travel triangle.

He applied for my schengen visa twice which got rejected both the times.
Talks confidently but lack of knowledge in travel agency.
This company is a total fraud....

Ref. to my Booking ID 12222843, I am writing to formally request a refund for my hotel bookings at Srinagar and Pahalgam which were made on 5.4.25 for my stay from 3.6.25 to 9.6.25. Unfortunately, due to the recent terrorist attack in Pahalgam on April 22, 2025, which resulted in the tragic loss of 26 lives, I am compelled to cancel my reservation due to serious security concerns.
Given the current situation and the uncertainty surrounding travel safety in the region, I kindly request a full refund of my booking amount. I had made the advance payment for Rs. 10100/- on 5.4.25. My booking reference number is [12222843]. I believe I am eligible for a refund under these exceptional circumstances.
I would appreciate your prompt action regarding this matter and arrange for the full refund ASAP.

    Address: Adventure mania near fire station Pocket C, Sarita vihar New delhi 110076

    Trip planned fro Nainital for the period from 24th May 2025 to 29th May 2025. Considering the war conflict, I requested to cancel the trip and requested to reschedule the same in November 2025 to which different persons from Adventure mania - Travel triangle asked for different amount for eg. 3000 PP to 2200 PP. Initially I wasn't ready to pay the amount but later to save the advance payment of Rs. 10600 I decided to pay the amount of 3000 + 18% GST with the assurance of getting the bill and proper confirmation from the travel company to which Mr. Sonu kumar from Adventure mania has sent his personal details and asked to make the payment in the same details. I refused to do so and after arguments I asked to refund the advance payment to which travel triangle people (Ms. Prachi Sahu, Mr. Puneet Singh) and from adventure mania (Mr. Sonu Kumar and Ms. Himanshi) refused to do the refund. Now they are not picking up the call and also not ready to do the refund.

      As part of my package, cab services were provided, and I was assured that proper cab bills would be given. However, despite repeated follow-ups, the agent has failed to provide the cab bills, which I require for reimbursement and record-keeping.

      I have tried reaching out via email, call, or chat, but there has been no proper resolution. This lack of transparency and service is highly disappointing.

        The trip was poorly planned. Specifically
        - Every Hotel we went there were no booking; had to call the travel consultant to sort out
        - Our hotel was changed after we arrived at Silver Pearl Beach Resort, Neil Island (we have a confirmed booking)
        - we were booked into an afternoon ferry inspite o[censored]s having a written confirmation to take the morning ferry to Havelock Island on 1st Jan leaving us almost no time at Havelock Island (on day one)
        - the cars were for pick up were arriving 10-15 min delayed for pick up and drop
        - on return our stay was again changed to a shabby hotel at Port Blair (Islander Inn)

          I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the recent booking experience and the lack of support I have received post-payment from both Travel Triangle and the assigned travel agent, Adventuremania, for my Himachal trip (6 Nights & 7 Days)..

          I made a booking today and paid 50% of the total amount for the trip. Soon after the payment, I noticed a discrepancy in the itinerary, which I immediately reported to both the Travel Triangle trip planner and the travel agent. Unfortunately, despite several follow-ups, I have not received any clarification from the travel agent. This lack of response raises serious concerns about the level of service I can expect during the trip.
          Given the current scenario, I have decided not to proceed with Adventuremania for my upcoming trip.

          I am also disappointed with the inadequate support from Travel Triangle in addressing my request to switch to another travel agent, despite my repeated requests. I had a much better experience with 'Make My Trip' in the past, and I chose Travel Triangle this time, expecting a similar level of service and customer support.

          It is disheartening to see that the promptness and attention shown before payment have completely disappeared now that the payment has been made. I raised my concern today at around 1:00 PM, shortly after the payment was done at 12:30 PM, and until 5:00 PM, I did not receive any feedback from either the travel agent or Travel Triangle, except for the responses I received after my persistent follow-ups.

          I urge you to change the assigned travel agent and reassign my trip to another agent who has provided the same quote and has demonstrated better clarity in their itinerary and support.

          This is a matter of trust, and I sincerely hope that Travel Triangle will uphold its responsibility towards its customers and provide the necessary support in resolving this issue.
          If Travel Triangle cannot assist me with switching to another agent, please proceed with the cancellation of this trip. I would rather lose the money than continue dealing with an untrustworthy service.

          I look forward to your prompt response and a positive resolution to this matter.

            I booked a trip with Travel triangle for kerala trip, the service was very good till i completed the booking and after that the follow up questions of mine were being rejected

            1. Payment option committed to me got changed during the last 2 days and I had to pay via cash and gpay directly to the driver, I was given commitment to pay via credit card.

            2. Driver was rushing towards end of the trip and was rushing to hotel and was rejecting to go to other place we requested.

            3. Arbour resort munnar was not upto a 4 start category it was not maintained neatly.

            4. Hotel prime palace was very pathetic and a bad odour was coming all the time which spoiled the mood of stay.

            5. Spices lap resort was good but they provided a room which was upgraded as per their comments, food was superb here and the complimentary breakfast was also good.

            6. Driver wasted our time on day 1 by taking us to location Which was not planned and in iterinary. We missed few places like eravikulam national park in munnar.

              I am solo travel from Malaysia.

              I had booked Booking ID:[protected] for 7Night 8Days trip for my self alone. From Travel Triangle's website and took over by 3rd party agent which is Breath Taking Holidays handle by Ms. Sana.

              1. I had booked for a 7Night 8Days with cost INR46, 000 tour include 3star Accommodations, Tour guide and request to join small group.
              And they suggest me to join 1 couple and I agree with it and Ms. Sana has promised me that she will join this trip with her Father Mr. Rashid which is driver.
              On my first day touchdown in Srinagar Airport on 2nd June 2024. I have asking Mr. Rashid where is the couple and Ms. Sana.

              Mr. Rashid told me Ms. Sana not well and he not suggest me to join the couple because the couple Hindu. Hindu are bad that what he said.
              For this trip will only me and the driver. NO Guide provided but I have request with a guide and small group.

              1.After Srinagar Activities done, we back to the Hotel and I am shock the place I stay is not a Hotel. It's a Guest house. In the itinerary I received from Travel Triangle Hotels name is difference with Breath Taking Holidays. I have asking Ms. Sana to change my hotel and this not as per my request she still not doing it.

              2.On 3rd June I get anxiety attacks because I am not happy with the service provided by Travel Triangle and Breath Taking Holidays. Ms. Sana promise with me again the she will join me for the trip next day.

              4. On 4th June on our way back from Sonamarg Ms. Sana call the Driver to bring me to Breath Taking Holidays office for harassment on the payment that I need to clear to Travel Triangle otherwise they will stop vehicle and accommodation. We have paid INR15, 000 in advance and the balance will settle on 7th June and this agree by Ms. Sana.

              In the evening, Connecting Kashmir Hotel owner has called me and mention that agent asking for the payment. In this situation why Travel Triangle drag this Hotel with the payment issue.

              5.I have decided to move out from this Hotels and end my trip.
              The agent has stop me from checking out from Connecting Kashmir Hotel. I have paid INR15, 000 Ms. Sana so that they allow me to go.

              6. I have to purchased a new room at Radisson Srinagar for me to stay on 4th June night which cost me INR15, 500.

              7. I Purchased a new ticket to back Malaysia next day (5th June 2024) which cost me INR 29, 156.

              8. And they said I only paid INR21, 000

              8. I been asking receipt and the refund until today 7th June I still have not receive any respond about for refunds.

              I want following refunded and the cost of my Hotel and new flight ticket that cost me INR 44, 656

                1. Quality of room in munnar was so cheap as shown in pics, pillows and bedsheets were so dirty and unhygienic. Mattress and bed frame was broken from middle. Balcony was spoiled by piegons.
                2. ⁠driver of cab harrashed us on middle of travel and misguided us for show timings and other things.We coudnt cover half of places mentioned in itenary.
                3. ⁠no communication was given about AC of boat house. When we called trip adviser several times from 1 pm to 7 pm to check and short out the issue but not a single response we received and we had to suffer in terrible hot weather along with 2 kids in trip.
                These people are only good in response till the time we dont pay ful money. Once they receive full money they dont bother at all how u r suffering on ground and these people just enjoying sitting in home with our hard earned money.

                  Hi Travel Triangle Team,

                  I am Nitin Gautam, I have been a member of travel triangle since 2019. Last time I booked my package to Bali from you and all went well.

                  Note- I raised a query on the travel triangle last week for Singapore for my family on your platform. Booking ID:[protected]

                  I got mail and whatsapp msgs from Meenakshi Gaur. [protected]

                  For some reason, I couldn't reply to her mails and msgs.

                  Today on 1st may 2024, Around 1pm she called me and started yelling at me.Things like why you are not responding to my msgs, if you have raised a query you should answer and reply.

                  I told her I was occupied and this is not the way you should talk to me.

                  She was continuously shouting and was very rude to me.

                  I never expected this kind of behaviour from someone who works in a reputed organisation like Travel Triangle.

                  Kindly escalate this issue.

                    I had enquired on 4N/5D package to Hongkong. While initial conversation was good, the concerned person (Mr. Piyush) showed completely different attitude once the advance money was paid. When i intended to move away to another travels for the same tour, he came back offering discounted price. I had made choice and moved to another professionally managed travels and have fully booked the tour

                    From March 01, 2024, i have been following up on mails for refund of my amount. He said deduction of INR 2000/- as convenience fee (for zero convenience provided). Even INR 900/- which was due for refund hasnt been paid till date.

                          My booking ref # 11286719 Kerala land package for amounting to : 37, 100/-

                          WE HAVE HAD A TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH TRAVEL TRIANGLE.

                          The package was booked for 24th Jan to 29th Jan. I was been directed to Namaskara Travels and was in touch with Krishna, have got my hotel vouchers in time.

                          All 3 installments were made on due date.

                          However, the services were not delivered as per the commitment.

                          My visit to Allepey was scheduled on 28th Jan in Cyrus resort by Tolins hotels. We had reached the resort as per the schedule at around 1:30 pm and was been told there is NO BOOKING in my (SHIVIKA BHATIA) name.

                          I still had full comfort on Travel triangle and confidently called Mr. Ankit (Namaskara Travels) and Mr. Gaurav (Travel Triangle) and sat peacefully at resort reception thinking that the confusion will get sorted in next 15 – 20 minutes.

                          Just to remind “WE HAVE BEEN TRAVELLING WITH OUR 1 YEAR OLD DAUGHTER”.

                          So around 2 pm I called up Mr. Ankit again to check the status and suddenly he stopped answering my calls. After a couple of calls he ansewered the call and started ABUSING saying that “I AM UNWELL AND DON’T BOTHER ME, On asking for resolution he further added “JA JO KARNA HAI KAR LE YAHA PE PHONE MAT KAR, MERE GHAR AAKE MUJHE DEKH LENA” and further abused.

                          I further reached out to Mr. Gaurav (travel triangle) but of no help. Approximately after an hour or so I got a call from Mr. Harish (namaskara Travels) and informed that some goo[censored]p has happened and there is no room available now in cyrus resort by tolins and further I was been told to search hotel and check-in directly.

                          Myself being helpless started searching for hotels but due to long weekend none of the rooms were available. I was been given an option to check in some shaddy hotels also which I refused.

                          Further, I requested your people to shift me to Cochin the same day and get me a hotel there – again I was been told all the hotels are booked. Some how with the help of our driver Mr.Hashim (the only kind human being we met from your team) we could manage to get the hotel.

                          We reached at 1:30 PM at Allepey and left at 4:30 PM from there to Cochin. My driver helped me book Diana Heights in cochin for which Mr. Harish already confirmed no that rooms are available. I don’t know why I was been told lie here also. Some how, after travelling for about 7 hours in a day we managed to reached Cochin Hotel on 28th Jan. After that no sight seeing was done.

                          Now, please investigate the entire matter and pay us with the compensation :

                          1. Abused by your representative Mr. Ankit while seeking for help / solution.

                          2. No stay at Alleppey (inspite of confirmation)

                          3. Both the days 28th Jan and 29th Jan were wasted.

                          4. No sightseeing done either in Allepey or Cochin.

                          5. We had no car on 29th in Cochin.

                          IT WAS A TERRIBLLE / HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH TRAVLE TRIANGLE AND MR. GAURAV DIDN’T EVEN BOTHER TO CHECK WHETHER THE STAY WAS PROVIDED TO US OR NOT.

                          Is this the kind of serives your company is providing.

                          WE WANT FULL COMPENSATION FOR THE DAYS WASTED AND HARASSMENT WE HAVE FACED.

                            No proper guidance during the travel. Not able to cover all the places mentioned in the package. There is no help for us to visit the places. In the itinerary, it is mentioned 2 near by places in 2 different places. How can a customer visit the same area for the second place again on the second day. We came here by trusting the Travel Triangle package and hoping will get some guidance, instead we are in a situation to plan ourselves while visiting the place. I didn't find any use of going a vacation based on the package. While coming to the cab, the driver is very slow. He takes us to wayanad from Bangalore in 9 hours instead of 6 hours. He didn't even on the AC in the car during the travel in afternoon times even on national highway. He even ask for extra cost if the time limit cross at the end of the day, but we came here by trusting on our point of contact (kishore) words that all the cab facilities cost included in the package. It is total disappointing with the package. We miss most of the important places like chembra peak, soochipara falls, arippara falls, edakkal caves by trusting these guys. These guys will call you so many time till you paid the amount, and left the customer in the middle like no where. Expecting a refund of 1500 for not providing the guidance to our trip.
