I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the recent booking experience and the lack of support I have received post-payment from both Travel Triangle and the assigned travel agent, Adventuremania, for my Himachal trip (6 Nights & 7 Days)..

I made a booking today and paid 50% of the total amount for the trip. Soon after the payment, I noticed a discrepancy in the itinerary, which I immediately reported to both the Travel Triangle trip planner and the travel agent. Unfortunately, despite several follow-ups, I have not received any clarification from the travel agent. This lack of response raises serious concerns about the level of service I can expect during the trip.
Given the current scenario, I have decided not to proceed with Adventuremania for my upcoming trip.
I am also disappointed with the inadequate support from Travel Triangle in addressing my request to switch to another travel agent, despite my repeated requests. I had a much better experience with 'Make My Trip' in the past, and I chose Travel Triangle this time, expecting a similar level of service and customer support.
It is disheartening to see that the promptness and attention shown before payment have completely disappeared now that the payment has been made. I raised my concern today at around 1:00 PM, shortly after the payment was done at 12:30 PM, and until 5:00 PM, I did not receive any feedback from either the travel agent or Travel Triangle, except for the responses I received after my persistent follow-ups.
I urge you to change the assigned travel agent and reassign my trip to another agent who has provided the same quote and has demonstrated better clarity in their itinerary and support.
This is a matter of trust, and I sincerely hope that Travel Triangle will uphold its responsibility towards its customers and provide the necessary support in resolving this issue.
If Travel Triangle cannot assist me with switching to another agent, please proceed with the cancellation of this trip. I would rather lose the money than continue dealing with an untrustworthy service.
