Our trip turned into a mess because the person who booked it left the company and made a lot of mistakes. Nobody wanted to take responsibility for those mistakes. We agreed over the phone that a jungle safari was part of our package, but it got booked for the wrong day. Since canceling wasn't an option, they asked us to pay an extra 4400 for the safari, which we reluctantly did.

I am writting this to registered complain against your travel agent Back to travel. Below are points

1. Hotel Amuse vista: For day 1 and day 2 I booked room with bath tube. I got room but there were no hot water on first day and no water on 2nd day . So I did not able to use bath tub.
2. Because there were no water on 2nd day I did not able to leave hotel on time resulting delay in check in for day...
