This Fraud Company has taken money in form of Advance booking Rs 50400/- in lieu of resort booking by club jiva. After making all payments, one of their representatives told them that they were unable to book a resort in the Maldives.

So we asked for a refund but that never came to us.
We contacted club jiva.in end through several emails but all efforts to take our money back goes in vain.

Please help me in getting my money back.

    This is with regards to club membership sold to us by Mr Vishwas & Ms Samantha at Goa in the month on Nov 2015 for which we were said that you have all 5 star resort tie up & we can use this membership for us or we can give our membership no to any one our friends relative with that they need to pay only utility charges and can take the benefit of it which is not the case & we are being cheated.

    There is no 5 star resort tie up as when we went to Ginger Tree GOA in month of May 16 they said very clearly we have standard room tie up no deluxe room also it was a pathetic resort where we had to fight for everything after check in for one hour we had to struggle to get things Ac was getting off geyser was not working too bad.
    Since 2016 I am struggling to get my refund have visited their office & written mails but no positive response now again am following since Nov 20 that continue the membership as they are not refunding the money so Mr Jaydeep replied saying now your membership is foritified to continue you need to speak with our AVP Mr Naresh Khanna when I said arrange a call with him so he said you need to come personally in second week of Dec & meet I said we call have a zoom call still he insisted you have to come personally.
    Today I. E 19/12/20 when we went to their office in Mumbai it was closed & when enquired with neighbouring office they said its closed.

    its been 8 days & no resolution to it just got mail from Jaydeep stating we are still working from home will update you in Jan 2021.
    Can these people not arrange a call & finish the matter rather than dragging it for days & months.

      In June 2018 when i was in Alibag i took a membership with Club Jiva for 5 years against a payment of 54000/- But till date i am following up and i did not able to connect the team for any booking.
      My membership No is CLUB JIVA CJ/ALI/SA/0034.
      I have paid annual service charges as well.
      Please help to get my money back.

        During my visit to goa in feb 2018 i was been cheated by giving false information about their company and providing great vacations at cheaper rates but they are actually cheating everyone. I was been charged 1, 80, 000/- towards membership fees which i feel is a cheating which they are doing openly by giving false information about their tie ups with 5 star properties and dreams about great vacations. I had mailed them several times for booking a hotel for a vacation but every time i just get a reply it's not available. I feel cheated and i just want my hard earned money back. I feel there would be many others like me who would be feeling cheated the way i am feeling. Please help me out in getting my refund of 180000/-.

            This is an absolute scam. Their modus operandi is to target the tourists in goa. We were convinced to buying a 5 years package for 7 days a year at inr 60, 000 plus a yearly fess of inr 5500, with a long list of hotels and resorts, own and affiliated on their records back in 2015. 5 years into it we were not successful in utilizing a single day (Zero). We have tried on several occasions to book through them over the mentioned period, always the same answer "packed for the mentioned period."
            Recently we requested a booking at lonavala at one of the standard hotels and only to our surprise were first declined and then given an inn as a booking. Now that we just wanted to utilise the money invested we decided to go on a family vacation utilizing 7 rooms over 12 days that would make good 14 of our 35 days. Again to our surprise the booking manager who finally could be reached after a dilly dally of 4 days was definitely a wrong guy in the hospitality industry. He mentioned that the inn booking was also a favour as we are no longer eligible for our booking. He kept insisting we could email the higher up to resolve our issue. The guu who was at the other end assured that our conversation was recorded which i would love them to play back and listen if they have any kind of a system in place. I am certain i will get to the bottom of this. But peopleshould be made aware of these kind of organisations.

              Hi,

              Please help!

              We feel cheated after taking club jiva subscription of 60000 rs. We want refund.

              We were on our vacation in goa in sept 2019 and then their executives spoiled everything. They are like wasting peoples peaceful vacation and valuable time both.
              They are showing so many lucrative offers and that time we got attracted towards the package also.

              But later realized that we have been cheated when we saw reviews about club jiva in online platform.

              After that we thought we should give a try atleast keeping faith. There also we failed two times they denied that there is no rooms available.

              We feel like cheated. Pleas help.

              Not received any upadtes from the team, but got a fraud call .. He directly told me that they would return the amount without any inquiry.and asked me to enter some references id in UPI.

                April2019 between club jiva and ramalingam b& sridevi s (My wife) 1. On
                Telephonic conversation with club jiva representative ms. Namritha during
                September 2019 for booking of resort. She demanded 50% balance payment and
                She said the same is mentioned in voucher ie charter membership package
                (Attached in the complaint) but there is no such terms mentioned in the voucher.
                Then i said, club jiva representative mr. Deepak ([protected]) andms. Snegal
                ([protected]) told during purchase of (The holiday package) membership, one
                Week studio type (6 adults) can be availed within one year. On satisfaction of the
                Resort stay, further amount can be paid for continuation as membership for 10
                Years (Alternate years - rs.16000 x 5=rs.80000). 2. Later club jiva
                Representative said, an email sent on 21 may2019 with an attachment as club
                Jiva kit, in which 50% payment is mentioned as claimed by club jiva. But i said
                We can’t accept any new terms and condition sent by email after the execution of
                Agreement on 18 april 2019. 3. When i escalated to a higher official (A lady name i

                Same. 4. When my wife mrs sridevi contacted mrdeepak, he said he will book a
                Hotel in coorge named evolve back for which he asked us to pay rs 7000/- as a

                  Beware of this fraud club jiva!

                  Booked resort for a trip to maldives through their executive jaydeep shetty and hitesh. 25% payment i. E. Rs. 50000/- was made in advance as per their demand.
                  Asked for the details of resort but they said they will share the details after full payment only. This was not told earlier by them so we denied that. They then told us to wait for 3 days afterwhich they were to share all the details asked for.
                  I waited but later they said that there are no confirmed bookings.

                  Due to the reason i requested for cancellation and demanded for refund. They mailed me regarding that and assured that it will be credited to my account within 3 months as per their business policy.
                  3 months have passed but got no refund.
                  Continuously asking them for refund since then but they are dilly dallying the thing.

                  Please don't fall for their false commitments. They are a big cheat!

                  I am going to file a police case of online fraud against them. Others who are victims of their malpractices must also do the same.

                    The company staffs namely siddhant chauhan and kalpana mam in goa last year took rs 15000 from me in the name of membership and siddhant chauhan said me about 5 years membership plan of rs 65000 and said me to pay rs 15000 and balance rs 50000 in yearly installment of rs 10000 for 5 years and now they are asking me to pay rs 50000at a time i was in a hurry i have not gone through the documents they have signed with me so please solve my problem...

                    I am member of clubjiva. Have taken membership in year year 2017 by paying 90000. I have sent booking request for 2 nights at Nainital on 13th Jan 2019. Usually booking confirmation takes 48hrs as per clubjiva process. Now its more than 7 days and still no confirmation has been sent to me. I have sent repeated email about the delay in confirmation but no executive even acknowledged my emails and nor replied on it.

                    As for booking of clubjiva, one has to communicate by email only. I have tried to contact Nayeem who has given me membership by saying that he will help me everytime for booking. But his cell always shows out of reach or he never pick up the call. I am trying to speak with customer care as this is the second option customer can do for booking but reply is always as' all executives are busy right now'. I have tried morning, afternoon, evening time by calling them hardly succeed in connecting with them.Only Two times customer care received mycall but cut my the call without giving the solution of my booking. For this booking, I am wasting my valuable office duty time

                    Clubjiva office time is only 10 30 am to 5 pm only. U have no other alternative. Hence its my request to people to think thousand times before taking clubjiva membership. Better way to go with the tour agency companies. If someone has to speak with me before taking membership you can contact me on [protected].

                    For your help I am uploading here images of my email communication and screenshots of my sincere attempts to contact to clubjiva customer care people. Please don't go with clubjiva membership.

                      In goa, ms. Nancy from club jiva told us in dec 2018 clearly that we could cancel the membership anytime. She also gave us her cell number.
                      We decided to avail of their first free stay option by paying re 15000 (Utility fees for hotel stay they said) as bank transfer to club jiva. But we were unable to take this stay so we told them so and asked for a refund. After promising the refund, they didn’t do it as on date. The jiva person mr. Murgesh has been responding to my mails and phone calls regarding this. But later on he also stopped responding. Finally when i kept on making calls and emails persistently, he came on the phone line and told me he was sorry and that he was unable to help me further as the accounts dept wouldn’t release the amount.
                      I couldn’t believe what i was hearing.

                      Meanwhile simultaneously i also requested club jiva to let me know how to cancel the membership and to refund my money. They told me it’s non - refundable. It’s not mentioned like this in the documents they gave me.
                      So, i need my membership fee and rs 15 k back. I am not interested in associating with club jiva. Please guide me as to what i need to do for this to happen and how this group can be exposed for this fraud.

                        I have paid inr 43000 for membership fees as becoming a member of club jiva for the period of 5 years and they given commitment that you can have 7 days stay at any of our affiliated resort in a year along with family. But in last 5 years i have contacted many times to them with respect to the tour plan through mail, personal visit to their office at jogeshwari (Mumbai), phonecalls but not being provided any tour package for a single day in last 5 years nor they refunded me the amount. I am feeling like cheated with hard earned money. This company is totally fraud, cheater. I request you to please refund my amount and suggest everyone not to subscribe membership to this company. Also request consumer forum to please take sever action against the company management as there are many parsons like me have been cheated.

                          These people are fraud. Regional marketing manager sunil shetty vadodara fraud man. Whole club jive even fraud. These people convinced me by saying i am having no cost emi and whatever interest will be there they will pay me back on total amount. And now from last 4 months i am taking follow up, they are not responding my emails, on call they are saying in one day i will be having my refund from last 4 months. Definitely i will sue them and file fir against club jiva by saying fraud. I will try it should shut down so that they will not making fraud against any more peoples. Whatever few positive feedback you are seeing online that is given by club jiva people only so don't get trapped, stay away from fraud club jiva. When more people start file fir against them it will definitely shut down.

                              Hi,

                              I opted for their membership plan on 15th July 2019 for a very huge amount of 180000. They said I will get my DAE login credentials in 90 days. After 90 days no response from them. Their marketing guys are the worst people I have come across. Arrogant and non-responsive once they know your number they will not pick your call forever. So I turned to customer care It has been 1.5 months by now The customer service is also non-responsive regarding the account credentials.

                              After all this, the only suffering person is me losing a very huge amount of money.

                              I would really like to get a refund of my whole membership fee and give up their membership because given the state of the people working in club jiva and 25 years of membership I will go through tremendous torture if I would have to contact them every now and then.

                              My membership number with them is CJ/CT/R/B128.

                              I purchased the plan to make my life comfortable but its hell now thinking each day that I have been cheated for a very big amount.

                              I have gone up to the extent saying them that If they won't reply to me for my problems I will file a case against them still they do not revert. Really horrible people(I even do not consider them to be called as humans)

                              I even have what app chats which only depicts one-way message from my side They do read all the chats but never reply. I really need a refund because its a very big amount for me & I cannot go it wasting.

                                We had visited matheran in feb-19 and there was a contest run by club jiva which was won by us. We were provided information on the membership features and it look interesting and we bought the membership. Based on the initial information provided to us, we inquired for booking hotel for our family of 5 and then, we were told that they can provide 1room free and 1 on chargeable basis. This was quite opposite to information shared by their sales representative at matheran.in month of may-19, we went and met ms. Meena madam at club jiva office in andheri to clarify these things. She informed that she regrets for miscommunication and informed that club rules cant be changed. So, we requested her to cancel our membership as we wont be able utilise their scheme of holidays as we go for family holiday with full family. She said that she is not sure about cancellation but would try to speak with management and get this approved but it would take 90 working days. We waited for this 90 days to get over and then contacted again thru email as on phone, they dont provide this information. We were told it will be processed after diwali. After diwali, we again visited personally as we were getting irrelevant response to our email. After meeting ms. Meena again on 9th november, she informed that they are facing fund issue and as a result, the payment would be done in installments. We agreed to that also but till today, there has been no payment received from club jiva. It has been more than 6 months but we are not getting issue resolved.

                                Hope this complaint might help us in recovering our money.

                                  I have purchased this club’s membership from nagoa grand resort and spa, when i was enjoying my holidays at goa on 28.11.2017. While selling this membership that guy who was manager there he promised me a lot of things like quick booking, less money and a good customer support. But when i returned my home back, i searched about this company, i came to know that this company is not a good one hence when i got a confirmation call from this company i asked them to cancel my membership, but that girl refused and said that we will not able to cancel this membership and your money will not be refunded. But at the same time, she said that not to believe on reviews and promised me a good support instead. But when i approached them for my first booking i came to know that this company is a cheater. They refused to provide me bookings by saying that no rooms are available. Hence, i required to book my hotel from make my trip. Now again i approached them for my second booking again same reply no rooms are available change your dates. I called their customer care number, but those people are so rude and arrogant and not providing any kind of help. I asked them even mailed them so many times regarding my bookings and asked them to provide me with the number of any senior person or that sales guy who sold me that package. But still there is no reply till date. Even i said them that same deal is available to me on make my trip and booking next day is also available. But these people are not having any value to their customers. Till today there is no help provided by any one and not even bothering about my mail and calls. Hence, i required my full money back as it is hard to deal with such an attitude when you are paying them more than available deals on all major booking websites. Also, they are asking you to plan your holidays according to their dates. No value to your planning and to you after buying membership. This is really bad and i required my full money back which i paid to them till date.

                                    Club jiva member has told us that you can just pay 10k now and can have one trip and then you can decide whether you want to continue or not. Later we got to know that we need to pay whole amount before we take any trip. Now they are saying membership is non-refundable even though we have not used any of their service yet. I got to know later that they have done similar things with other people as well. They don't provide correct information while registration they are continuously sending emails now to pay emi and remaining amount.
