I have been trapped by the club jiva 2 years back in goa and took the 10 years membership and paid a huge amount and also paying some amounts yearly by the process. After two years i have planned a vacation and while booking interaction with club jiva support team it was a very frustrating experience and they are always showing us a negative/delayed response with not availability. With this interaction, i came to know even though the two years over my membership the dae account, not yet created by club jiva for the exchange program which is supposed to do at the very beginning. Anyway from last 4 months, i was continuous communication to the clubjiva support but still, they have not done and every time responding it is initiated now but no response when will i get or any evidence for the initiation and later on they are not responding at all. Parallelly requested for the 5 days booking on goa and they had to respond not available and given 3 days on sept instead oct/nov/dec in hotel pirache art as mention not available and then i did booking by separately in the same hotel which is very cheap as well and found the hotel provided me which is not at all the package of room standard of the membership.

My complaint: already club jiva cheated me and many more people with a huge amount, please need to stop and take necessary action.

As per membership, the dae account should be open by club jiva for exchange prog but they are not doing even more than 2 years over and multiple requests from my end for the same still not providing.. Purely fraud

The room provided only for limited days with off-seasons that too it's far from the membership commitment... Again reflection of fraud

Whenever you call or email about reservation of room they only reply it is not available even when try to book 2 months prior. How come no room are available anytime. Apparently, they are cheaters or fraudsters.
The one sold membership says it not his responsibility. The reservation team is reluctant to reply which resorts are available.
They should clarify it why they can't provide any resort.when sold it they said it is red zone and you will get anytime.
They should standby their promise.

I took my membership (I'd: cj-ak-1456) with club jiva 65000 and i have to pay in 2 part 32500 and 32500 without interest. First part would be pay by emi, club jiva swipe my credit card and said they will inform bank to conver this to emi for 2 years but when i talked to bank they are charging 20.4% interest per annum which means rs. 6500 per annum. Club jiva lied to me.. I need my refund which is 32500 rupees. When i am trying to call them no response

On 19 august, 2019 at lonavala, a person standing near the store in lonavala asked us (Wife and myself) to try luck for mansarovar resort lucky coupon. Myself eagerly went and pick up the card - it shows "sorry try next time"...
So when we went to see what it is - a person on a bike told this person - let them try once more. My wife pick up the coupon - which now says "you have won a prize". We were happy. This two persons immediately hired a rickshaw for us to take us to the mansarovar resort. They asked us that you need to have proof of credit card to collect the prize. We went to the resort - they took in one of the hall (Hidden with curtain) and some tables and club jiva posters were there. We were the customers to be trapped. All tables showing as if there are plenty of demand for this but all persons were from the company itself. One person after sometime attended us and gave us plenty of information regarding this club... Mr niraj tanna convinced us by many means and fell in the trap by paying rs 90, 000/-. After returning home (Mumbai airoli). I request to refund my money back after 2 day. I have mailed club jiva, explained the reason for cancellation (Due to some medical issue and family problem.). They have never contracted me on call, only revert back on mail that purchase plan is not be cancel.

A kindly look into this legally.

I am member of club jiva holidays, recently trying to book an international vacation but facing huge problems.
1. No clear information's about trip
2. Without confirmation asking me to pay money
3. Itinerary not shared
4. Dae charge no clear details
5. Awful response from employees
6. Staffs deny to answer via phone calls and asking only for mails

I decide to withdraw the membership, kindly let me know the procedures pls.

All tables showing as if there are plenty of demand for this but all persons were from the company itself. Mr Niraj Tanna (brother of TV Actress Karishma Tanna) convinced us by many means and fell in the trap by paying Rs 20, 000/- . After returning home (Mumbai Borivali) I searched (Googled) for Club Jiva and there came the truth - A fraud company. I request to refund my money back
A very important point these people say " YOU CAN CHECK IN GOOGLE as google has given them to be a good company (showing statistics) of solving issues of 57%. Kindly look into this legally.

Mene 25/05/2018 Ko Jiva club udaypur se Jiva club membership 10 years plans kiya purchase number CJ/UdI/065 hai.
25/05/2018 Ko Mene credit card se 20000₹/ payment Kiya. Jiva club received number CHDY mum 17470 hai.
Muje btaya gya tha ki next process k liye Mumbai office se call se btaya jayega.
April 2019 tk Jiva club k kisi bi office se mujhe call nhi aaya n hi koi latter muje received huaa.
Jiva club membership k name p logo k sath Aisa Dhokha n kre aur mere 20000₹/ jldi se jldi waps kre.

I took the offer of 31 nights for 60000 rs plus maintenance charges. It all happened in goa at colangute tower hotel on 14th july 2019. I dint have money in my debit account to get the membership. Club jiva representative salman insisted me to use my credit card but the card limit was only 45000 he said i can pay 45 k in emi of 2500/ per month and remaining 15k he will take from my partner. So he swiped my card when i called hdfc bank they said i am not given any emi option. I informed salman he said he will sort this out. It has been 4 days, my bank has already generated my bill for 45k and salman is asking me to wait he is not even responding the call anymore. He has promised us the refund if we are not able to continue. I don't have 45k to pay to my credit card company. I will be all in debt if club jiva doesn't convert it into emis or give me the refund.

I have taken club jiva membership.
The representative of club jiva named neha and nancy told me and showed me that they have dae affiliation hotels and resorts in maldives. I paid and took the membership because i wanted to go to maldives thats it...
But now they have completely changed there words and as i requested to bookfor maldives holiday. There representative named jaydeep shetty told that they didn’t had any affiliation in maldives.. And now they completely deny and there representative named neha completely said that they can’t do anything..

Wrong information to consumers.
And after product is sold they don’t take any responsibility to solve the issue.

Now they aren’t even responding me at all.

I regret taking this decision and i would request to everyone to think thrice in investing this brand.

I am heading towards consumer court now i should request all the consumers to take action against this company i[censored] face any type of issues with them only then this company will be working towards consumer driven approach.. Rather than fooling consumer approach.

Me and my wife were holidaying in goa on 24.11.2018 in calangute area of goa when we were trapped and mislead by staff of club jiva to attend a short presentation about their company. We were taken to hotel blossom suites where they made many fake promises and brain washed us in the name of free gifts/free holidays to take their membership. They showed their website and orally promised that in case we change our mind we can cancel the policy freely in 7 days. Later when we realised our mistake we intimated them immediately on the same day to cancel it via mails and phone calls. Since then they are making false promises and not cancelling our policy. We have sent many emails and phone calls to mr. Yunus and hr ms. Meena sharma but they are not refunding our amount (Rs82, 250/-). We have sent two legal notices as well but still we got no response from them. This club jiva is a totally fraud company and they have cheated many people like us. Apart from this they have many other ways to fool people so we request you to take strict action against them for cheating common people and blacklist them from doing any more cheat.

I was hooked by club jiva agent at matheran in 2015 at hotel kumar plaza. They advertised and presented their so called holiday package with several false claims, like excellent rooms, smooth booking at the tip of your finger, holiday (Red) at any time of the year even peak season. Here i would like to say that from 2015 to 2016... I took two holidays... Where the rooms were too bad. I sent them feedback, they did not respond. They refused one holiday saying resort space not available. And finally when i tried to book a resort at allepy, kerala... They offered me a room on a highway claiming it to be the date resort. I sent them notice and asked them to refund my money. They never replied. I filed a consumer complaint at mumbai.. It is when they showed interest in speaking and in fact negotiating. But they refused refund and offered me a fresh package and requested me to give one more opportunity to show that they carried out fair business. Going through all the reviews made by customers who have been hooked by club jiva... I told them i just want my money back. My case is going on at consumer court bandra... Meanwhile i carried out some research about the directors of club jiva and have found out several points that can make a strong criminal case against them at the eow mumbai. I am working on that line. I know it's difficult to get my hard earned money back... But now my sole motive is to get these fraudsters booked in the court of law.

Club jiva fraudently sell membership and now asking for maintenance charges. People never go to club jiva. Club jiva trap people at holiday locations such as goa,
Mahabaleshwar, pachagani.

First they trap and later ask for maintenance charges. Never ever purchase their product or rather invest your money in good scheme.

Dear Fraud Jiva club,

I want my full refund of my hard earned money rs.107000/- if it does not just be damn sure that i am going to do a police complaint and case on clubjiva Goa and mumbai Branch.

you guys have cheated us, fooled us and given wrong commitment about the package.no one is receiving my call nor giving any revert. I have text them many times they are just not even bothered.

Please make a note very seriously if i did not get a refund of my every penny you charged in next 1 week i am not going to leave you.

your staff @ Goa club jiva Mr. Deepak, Mr. Yunus & Ms. Snehal have cheated us. i am going to file a case on these guys also with Club Jiva management under club jiva name Goa.

Amount Charged : 45k (credit card) & 45k (Debit Card) with bank Charges 107000/-

Finally i am damm Sure that i will file a police complaint and case in mumbai Highcourt under IPC section.

I purchased club jiva membership on 13th june 2019, with rs 73, 440/-(Already paid), i never used club jiva offer's. .He said that the annual charge is just Rs 6693/- and I have to pay Rs 73440/- . He said if I pay uising credit card they have arrangement with Citi bank and I can covert this into 24 EMIs with 0% interest ( lie) they brought the credit card swiped machine for Rs 49, 000/- and Rs. 24, 440/- I entered the pin under their influence/ hypnotism & transaction was successful and after some time they given me membership number-CJ/GBS/1306/0265. please cancel my jiva club membership and refund my 73440/-

Club Jiva offered 5 years travel packages for rs 66000

After taken Membership, I requested them to book room in Balli & then Dubai...They said we don't have room in Balli & Dubai IN DAE

& Finally I asked room in pondicherry they said for 2 days you need to pay RS 5000 .Actual rate of the hotel without membership its Rs 5000 only for 2 days

Then I fighted & get deduction around rs 2600 & finally I paid just rs 2600/-

Then due to personal problem I tried to cancel the room...Support person said we will deduct your 2 days from membership

I said okay you please deduct 2 days from my membership but please refund the amount

The person said we don't refund that booked amount

Its totally waste spending money on club jiva they will do lot of false promise but when you expect hotels and rooms they will ask money which is equivalent to actual booking price..there will be no deduction

I have paid first installment of 10250 for 5 years of membership at mahabaleshwar on 16/03/2019. I mailed for free complimentary stay and as per information i got from their executive is that, we dont need to pay any money for complimentary stay. But they are asking money for all 3n and 4d. This is totally fraud. Now i want to cancell my membership and want my money back.

I dr. Sheetal jainjangade purchased club jiva membership on 25th may 2019, with rs 60k (Already paid), i never used club jiva offer's. After purchased i gone through my personal relationship issues which is very complicated and it will going to ruined my personal relationship so only one option save my life i. Clubjiva is fraud compny, last week i visited nainital, kasauli and jim corbet.in jim corbet they provide steling club property for which i already paid 24000 inr 1 month ago and during check in time sterling mamber asked for payment because jiva club not paid to sterling and again i have yo pay 16500 inr. For staying also faced insult at sterling. Mr. Hitesh jain from jiva club inform me within 2 days that amount will pay in your account but after 5 days till not got my money and nobudy gave possitive answer for same. Please help me to out of these thing. Also, clubjiva customer care is useless, all are fraud employe.
