Your representative not tell me about cancellation in the time of joining. So this time i feel your team cheating me and hidden the main terms and conditions. So please refund my full payment and cancel my membership....

My name is jinkal patwari and i am an existing club jiva member. My membership no. Is cj/pr/r/1764. I bought the membership on 31st march, 2018 in mahabaleshwar by paying rs. 65000
I want to issue a complaint against club on several accounts. Please find those accounts below,

I got a call from one of these club jiva's representatives and they said that i have won a free holiday package and silver coins and i was one among 50 lucky couple to win this gift and asked come to their office at cartier hotel, munnekolal, bangalore and collect the gifts. After going to their hotel unexpectedly we were asked to attend 1hr of counselling with their well trained cheating professionals (These people are very much trained...

As mentioned by all even i fell into this trap with their false commitments and facts. When you apply for their membership they mention you can cancel it anytime and get a full refund along with many other fake promises. It is my hard earned money and now they say that the membership cannot be cancelled and i won't be getting any refund. Help appreciated....

I visited goa last year. There i was approached by a travel company named club jiva. They manipulated facts and gave false commitment and sell the membership to me. When i palmed to go for a trip i found that the cost of booking the hotel mentioned by them is one third the membership cost they have taken.

You guys are a hoax and the worst. My family and i came to goa for just 3 days. And our 2 hours got ruined because you guys decided to hold us down after offering some free prize and then taking to some random hotel. Stop eating innocent people's money and wasting their time whilst they are on a holiday. You suck club jiva. They held me and my family at the random hotel for 2 hours kept grilling us to take their false membership. They should...

Club jiva is a fraud company... Company member wash ur brain and immediately told to u signed a paper and now u be a member of club jiva but later on i[censored] r in problm and u cant continue ur membership and want to refund the amount... They did not respond... They are really feeling less people.. Our problems are only our problems they will not help us...

Can someone please help us? We were fooled by number of people in Goa in the name of club Jiva membership, they forced us to pay 1.2 lakh at once and did not inform that we can make partial payment and decide later.

We paid on 4th November 2018 and since from 5th November, we have been chasing them to provide update on cancellation but there is no response from them only they are telling the membership is non...

Complaint : i asked to book for a room on 14th sep 2018. I continuously followed in email for 3-4 times but they says booking not available on dates i given. I then ask them to provide their dates of availability. After some days they reply with one date and i asked to book for that date.
