Updated by Chaya2008 This is further to my complaint on the transaction done with Club Jiva, providing you more detail info on how they have cheated us and we ended up in paying them 1.2lakh. Hope this will give a clear picture of the incident.
We got cheated by their sales guys and I have list of those false promises done upfront by their sales team Yunus Khan & Vinay. Not everything was explained e.g. there was an option to pay token money to book it or do part payment but it was never told us. They had put psychological pressure on us to pay 1.2lakh upfront in a single shot.
Also they made lots of false promises about its benefits but nothing has been written over paper, we are really feeling cheated by those sales guys belongs to a self claimed world 2nd largest organization. They said, you believe us, you can count on us for all these promises, they can't write every small points on paper and unfortunately they cheated us and spoiled our trust on people along with each passing day since then.
They did not allow us to check our mobile and were showing people rating on Google from their mobile. This is another act of harassing/threatening to get money from us. This is another way of robbing people and we are one of the victim.
Having said all these and as we have already denied their welcome call, we are just asking them to do not proceed further and cancel our provision membership which is yet to be activated in Jan, 2019 and refund our hard earned money. But the way they are responding our phone call and emails, it looks like they are not willing to return our money.
Below are the never ending list of false promises done by their sales team and cheat common people's hard earned money.
List of Club Jiva False Promises (not on Paper) made by Sales team to cheat us:

1. They said, we can split our holidays in Club Jiva as well as in DAE for example if we want 2 nights in Goa and 3 nights in Shimla or if we want 2 nights in New York and 3 nights in Hawaii, we can split our holidays like this. But it's not mentioned on paper.
2. They said that we will have to pay between $99 to $299 depends on which hotel you select. But it's not mentioned in on paper.
3. They said that if we book in DAE for 2 different places then we just have to pay once and the amount will be between $99 to $299 and in that amount we will get the booking for both places. But this is also not mentioned on paper.
4. They said in Club Jiva or in DAE, if we did not utilize full 7 nights in a year say we utilize only 3 nights in a year then the remaining 4 nights will be carry forwarded in next year. If we want to go for another holiday in same year then those remaining nights can be used. But again nothing as such mentioned on paper.
5. They said in DAE for example if you take 2 nights in a year and then again want to take remaining nights in same year then we don’t have to pay anything but if we take the remaining 5 nights in next year then only we have to pay between $99 to $299 and this amount depends on the hotel we select. But did not mentioned these on paper.
6. They said booking will be done not less than 4 star hotels that too not mentioned on paper. Infact checked associated Club Jiva hotels, there are hotels less than 4 stars as well and there are hotels without studio room.
7. They said holidays are transferable i.e.we can gift our holidays to friends or family but again not mentioned on paper.
8. They said we can barrow holidays from coming years and can be utilized in current year i.e. if we need more than 7 nights then we can barrow it from next year but again not mentioned such thing on paper.
9. They said we can split holidays either from Club Jiva or DAE and can gift it to family or friends i.e if we want to gift only 3 nights to family or friends and remaining 4 nights we can utilize but it's again not mentioned on paper.
10. They said annual maintenance charges will always be fixed throughout membership tenure but they have cheated us mentioned it as a veritable.
11. They said that DAE charges between $99 to $299, will be fixed throughout membership tenure but it's again not mentioned on paper.
I have not received any mail from Club Jiva team after raising my complaint here. They are just here to cheat and we have been cheated by them.
Strong action must be taken against them if they don't revert to us in this matter.
