My ordered no: SO40622629 with my name VIJAYA . I seen clubfactory products in a facebook account and I ordered Crystal magic charm necklace in clubfactory and made online payment through debit . I got only order confirmation on that day but till today I didn't get any shipping and tracking info about my order .
