CMC Limited — Adhar Card Seeding needed to be done to UAN

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am a ex employee of CMC with emp id :3697440, I have an UAN number[protected]
i want my adhar to be seeded to the UAN.

I cannot able to seed adhar from my side as i lost mob number attached to UAN.

In order to seed adhar, i require employer help my adhar number is[protected].

I can share adhar copy if required.
