[Resolved]  Cmc Ltd — Airtel Data Deactivated Every 2nd Day

Dear Sir, I am writing this mail with frustation and unfrofessional behaviour of Airtel. Reference: 4G Data Card number [protected] INCIDENTS: [protected] [1] On 16th Nov I paid 3370 for purchasing 4G Data card from Prameela Enterprises, Bangalore. It was a great promise from Airtel to activate the connection by 19th Nov. It never happened. Every day me and my famioly has to call to take follow-up on the activaton. After physical verification, we came to know the application was cancelled because they lost my application, photograph etc. [2] Reapplied again with new photographs and set of documents in next 3/4 days. Again physical verification was completed after multiple followups. Before activation (while following up), again they said, they have to cancel the application as they have selected a wrong plan. They cancelled the applicaiton again. [3] Re-applied the 3rd time again applied after few day. After multiple follow ups the connection was finally (at least we thougth) activated. [6/Dec]: The connection was disconnected on 6/Dec. On inquiring, the reason provided was "Connection barred as physical verification is not complete". Based on complaint it was activated againa nd worked for 1 day [8/Dec] The connection was disconnected again on 8/Dec. On inquiring, the reason provided was "Connection barred as physical verification is not complete". We have been interacting with the following personnels: - Mr. Ravi [protected] (Airtel activation person) - Mr. Rao [protected] (Prameela Enterprises) - Mr. Raghavendra [protected] (Airtel) My questions: [1] Can you explain what is the reason for harrasing the customer? [2] Is it customer headache to verify address on daily basis? [3] Who takes the accountability of mental / financial harrassment [4] When are going to activate the conection. Or else consider this mail as formal request to close the connection. It's true we are dealing with highly unprofessional company called Airtel. Here's what I am doing as an individual: Provide this feedback to all possible social forums / media and promote my negative experience and ensure people are not trapped under such a rediculous brand. I hope someone is professional in Airtel who will understand and try to resolve the issue at the earliest. Thanks & Regards, Dipanker Das
