                  Refund for Ph.D. fees paid to CMJ University via IMSR

                  Sir/Madam My name is Raman. I had taken admission in Ph.D. program of CMJ via IMSR Mumbai. Just like others, IMSR has been acting as study center or intermediatory for the whole process of registration, fees etc. Even the CMJ books and everything was printed by IMSR with their name on the covers. I paid them Rs. 66000 before I heard the news of dissolution. When contacted IMSR, they pretend to be so clean. Here is an e-mail from them....

                  All University o[censored].P.not issued phd ordinance for enterece test for phd at that time. My relative working in private sector and told my father about the cmj university who conduct phd program.
                  My father check on net for ugc approval alongwith state govt approvel and found correct.cmj university in the list o[censored]gc and a approval letter from ugc on website...
