My name is Abdul Samee, I have completed my B.Sc IT in Mumbai in the year 2016 and have applied for the degree original certificate on March 2022 through FAST TRACK through the [ Kazian School Of Business Management ] and they told me that the orginal certificate will get within one month. but till now i dont recive any cartificate

But I have received an email saying some documents have detected defect. i was send mutliple e mails and requesting for result and certificates. Many times I call the helpline number many times but never connected. kindly request the concerned people to take necessary action and do the needful.

My name is Shashi Prakash, ( My ESIC Card number is [protected]), I am a employee of courier company, and my mother (Sona Devi) is suffering from cancer at advance stage, recently she was admitted in Budha cancer center Patna, she was felling better in that hospital, before treatment she was unable to walk herself, properly she has taken bed and we were preying to god to save her, at that time referral by esic hospital phulwari sharif, we have admitted my mother in budha cancer center rupespur nehar Patna, In observation of Dr. Arvind kumar after three month she was felling better, and doctor suggested for PET CT, when after three month, I have talked to doctor of for PET CT, he has decline to refer for this in any private hospital, and he is saying that you have to Continent your treatment in government hospital if government hospital says, They will not continue your treatment then we will refer in previous hospital that means in budha cancer center.
This is My humble request to all of You, please try to understand my mother problem, because she is a patient of breast cancer of advance stage, any such kind of practical, practical I mean to say that changing doctor may cause of death of my mother, so please permission to be granted for treatment of my mother in budha cancer center Patna in observation of Dr. Arvind kumar.

I did a fee transfer to MG university yesterday and after i completed the transfer, i couldn't able to sleep. Because my mind says this is fraud. They looted your money. So i searched this plat form 'billing dot com'. and i found lot of complaints and all are payments to different universities. all are not resolved cases. so its true you are looting money from students.

I have applied for WES official transcript for educational credential assessment and it is intended to be sent to WES, Canada. I was told my transcript will be sent to WES within a few weeks in the beginning of July and thereafter a payment of INR 15, 000/- was taken from me for this service and It has been over two months now and still have not received any update about my application. They have not dispatched my transcript to WES and have not provided any tracking details. After two months they keep saying there is a technical issue and the delay is due to that.

I have tried to contact them several times but my call is transferred to various people or they don't answer regarding my concern.

I am requesting the corresponding authority to do the necessary measures as promptly as possible since my entire career is on hold at this point for over 2 months.

I have been trying to get my Marks sheet and transcript sent to WES from MGU for over two months now, they took a payment of INR 15, 000/- from in July and thereafter keep telling me that there is a technical issue and they wont forward my documents to WES.

My whole career and plans are on a hold due to this delay from MGU

I applied for the degree provisional and original certificates on April 5th, 2023, through Tatkal mode with all required documents and a payment of Rs. 34, 000.00 to MGU. Despite the promised one-month processing time, I have not received any updates or responses regarding my application. Multiple attempts to reach out via phone and email have gone unanswered. My name is Shiv Kumar Vats, I have completed my BA degree course in MG University Meghalaya (13th Mile, G.S. Road, Khanapara Under, Ri Bhoi, Meghalaya 793101) in the year 2013-14 and have applied for the degree original certificate and mark-sheets to be sent by post on registered address as per their records. But I have received an email saying you have to pay $20, 000 to get degree certificate. Whereas I paid my fees and cleared all dues when I completed my graduation through MG University in Meghalaya. They asked me to send the mark-sheets over email for reference then I told them they have issued only 1st year mark sheet to me. I have done like they said and till yet my certificates are not issued or sent. Many times, I have tried to get them on helpline number & emails, but no response. Would
request the concerned people to take necessary action and do the needful. As i have to submit the required documents to my employer at the earliest.

I am writing to bring to your attention the technical issues I have been facing while trying to apply for my degree certificate through the link provided by the university, which is https://convocation.mgu.edu.in/. Despite numerous attempts over several days, the link has displayed an error message stating "Enrollment Number Not Found."

As a graduate of your esteemed university, I find this unacceptable and frustrating. I have all the necessary documents and information to support my application, but due to this technical issue, I am currently unable to apply for the certificate. I urge you to take immediate action to resolve this issue and provide a functioning link for students to apply for their certificates.

I request you to provide me with guidance on how to proceed with the application process in the absence of a working link. Moreover, I would appreciate it if you could expedite the process of issuing the final certificate as early as possible.

I hope to receive prompt and appropriate action from your end to ensure that students do not face such technical issues in the future.

I was trying to download my provisional certificate whenever i clock on apply now and then go to apply for provisional certificate it fails to load and shows error.
Domain never opens
I tried calling customer care/helpline number many many time they never respond its always automated messages.
I have to get my provisional certificate as soon as possible otherwise i will loose my job.
This is totally pethetic....

I'm Aryan s Prasad. I have completed my BBA from Ayyappa institute of management studies, Peermade in the year 2022. I, ve applied for original degree certificate on[protected] and still i haven't received my certificate yet. In the first application submitted, i got mail from university that
"Consolidated Grade Card Not Submitted for Degree Certificate. Please Contact Section for the further steps.
NOTE : Please attach only image files with JPEG/JPG/PNG/GIF format. You should ensure that the uploaded certificate is very clear and readable. Other format or unreadable certificates will not be processed". In the second attempt i submitted all documents in the JPEG format very clearly but i have not received the certificate or any reply from the university.
