Copy of letter which I emailed to the company today. This is a matter of great sorrow that you have taken two payments of Rs.10, 000/- each as per detail given below as per copies enclosed :- Mer. ref. EBS PAYMENT id mode date & time of payment Amount SKLG[protected] Citibank Visa Card 26.06.2015 4.36 pm 10, 000 SKLG[protected] Citibank Visa Card 26.06.2015 4.50 pm 10, 000 The first payment was made against booking of my Mount Abu Hotel from 6th to 9th July, 2015 and secondly within 10 minutes of time, I again received a call of your sales person to repeat same card payment process. On asking by me that you want to repeat then he told that it is a non payment process and after doing this only you can receive the welcome message from our side as well as from Hotel Hillock, Mount Abu. It was my bad luck that I did it and the same payment debited through my VISA card. When it came to my notice from Hotel Hillock, Mount Abu that their total package amount for my desired stay was coming to Rs.47032/- instead of Rs.10, 000/- which was offered by your side so it looks quite surprising for me that how it can be that is why I sent you my request of cancellation of package and return my amount on dated 28.6.2015 by email and later on u suggested to send me blank cheque of my SB account for NEFT purpose i.e. transfer of funds directly in my bank. I therefore mailed a copy of blank cheque but a matter of fact, still I did not receive my amount of Rs.20, 000 back inspite of several reminder calls and mails. This is my last reminder, if within two days of time I do not receive the amount back, will lodge a complaint to the police authorities as well as in Chief Minister of Delhi office. We got a call from Rohan from skylark holidays. We booked a holiday package from "Skylarkgroups.in" in last week of june. After making the payment of "50, 000rs." they told us that we are going to receive a confirmation letter in the form of hardcopy through the courier service. But even after one and half month we have not received any confirmation letter. We called them multiple times and each time they told us that they have sent the courier. Now since 2 weeks 3 of the phone numbers are switched off and one number is there with no response. Even the address on the website is now changed. Previously it was in Noida and now it is showing in Delhi.Now if within two days of time I do not receive response or feedback then I will lodge a complaint to the police authorities as well as in Chief Minister of Delhi office.

same with me, i booked a dubai package and this rohan guy told me i ll get my flight ticket and hotel confirmation within 2 days of booking, i paid them 32549rs on 12 of august but till now i dint get anything.even i am gonna lodge a complaint against them.now i dont trust this company anymore., i want my money back.

same thing happened with me with Skylarkgroups.in they ask us to make payment twice as the first time made transaction was not successful unfortunately i made second transaction and both were successful. skylark groups person told me we will return your extra payment withing 15-30 days but yet not received after many followup emails/ calls...now they there is no email service all phones are switched off they all frauds.
