I am surprised to see your Demand Notice Dt. 17.12.15 received on 18.02.16 for the Residential premises No.15, Ethiraj Garden Street, perambur Barracks, Chennai-12 for an arrears of Rs.4290.00 from 201202 to 201502 (7 half years) @ Rs.600.00 stating Category as "Partly Commercial-F-UM". The above premises is fully residential and do not have any commercial establishments any time. How do you choose me to charge from 2012 suddenly during this year (2015/16). I could not understand the reason behind and you are harassing the consumers unnecessarily. I have been paying the CMWSSB charges promptly every year and there is no arrears in my account.
