We had a policy in the name o[censored]sha omprakash soni, she was admitted in the hospital so we contacted our liberty company and inform policy is not renewed but want to renew and then make a claim, ritesh the advisor said it will be done and ask us to make the payment of rs. 4600 which we made and then he said claim will not be made.
