I have purchaced new car Baleno in year 2019 also along with Suzuki connect device with 3 year subscription ( for online car tracking by GPS system) after 3 year message alert received from customer support for renewal of the same.

Sir, Good morning to all. I Am a big share holder of this company. Some points I would like to share - - Now a days, CNBC awaz, and CNBC 18 channels are going down in performance, which management has to be serious.
1. Stereo type daily programmes without understanding the feel of viewers. No on the spot details regarding Nasdac future, last one hour /15 minutes change, etc.
2. On holidays, these channels forget about world and our country. Only recored old programme only available. They don't give live news even for one hour on all holidays.
3. All sock questions programme are bogus. You will never get any of the numbers for queries.
4. All other channels like Zee business, ET Now are showing live news on holidays.
If this is the attitude of team, we have to raise this issue in AGM. But Mr Mukesh Ambani never knew this happening. He took India to great highs and want this company to perform.
I am sorry to say this. But this is real and true. I still watch CNBC awaz and CNBC 18 daily.

My name is Prem Raj meena. I'm from bhilwara. I ordered an iPhone 12 paid 55999 to flipcart on 3 Oct 2021. Flipcart gave me 7 Oct 2021 for delivery of my product. But they didn't deliver to my product and gave me new date 11 Oct. Again they didn't get deliver to my product. And new date offered me which was 16 Oct and again they didn't deliver and new date offered me which is 21 Oct. During these 13 days I contacted many time but they didn't deliver.

Bluestar ac manufacturing defect
I ashwani dua have purchased an ac make blue star from mehtab motors ludhiana in june and during installation ac did not work ( not even start ) and found that it was a manufacturing defect . After that i raised a complaint to the blue star company customer care but till date no response is coming from there side to replace the ac unit. Because it was a manufacturing defect, i dont want to get that ac unit repaired. now i request you to kindly intervein in this to resolve the issue .

Complaint Against Cholamandalam general insurance company for Rejected Covid 19 reimbursement claim

Dear Sir,
I Requested to you please accept my complaint against Cholamandalam general insurance company regarding they are not providing Mediclaim reimbursement claim
of Rs. 171799/- against.
I availed Hospitalization treatment for diseases of corona positive (covid-19).
I have a availed a Group Mediclaim insurance sum insured of ₹ 750000/- with policy from CHOLA MS GENERAL INSURANCE COMPANY. ( Bankainsurance )Through Bank Of Baroda. on dated 14th October 2019 and after renewal in 14 oct 2020 .
I had submitted REIMBURSEMENT claim for covid 19 ( Corona +) availed treatment for hospitalization and company was denied / rejected my Reimbursement claim with reason of Pre Existing Disease - Diabetic / Hypertension Disease Not mention in our policy record
This Reason are not valid or Void for Rejection of my Covid 19 claim. due to I have not put the claim or taken treatment of Diabetics or hypertension or same related disease.
Also In this claim settlement process I confirm that I had not Including or availed treatment from hospitalization and not claimed of any pre Existing Disease or related Medicine / Lab Diagnostic Bills.
Also this policy was taken from Employee of Mr Aakash Patel -CG Road Branch Ahmedabad who take care of BOB Mediclaim Business and he was visited at my home & at time of taken policy and I Explained my Mother Existing Disease. after when I had received First Policy copy and seen Existing Disease Colum mark as " NA " & also as same repeat at time of Renewal of Policy same Not mention Existing Disease. at both time.
After I confirm with Mr Akash and he was replied that don't worry Diabetes & H.P.T and or related disease are not covered up to 2 years of in this policy but Except this others all General & Accidental or Natural Calamity Disease are covered under this group Mediclaim policy. And Existing Disease are covered after completed 2 years of Issued / availed policy.as per terms.
In first and 2 nd both years in policy existing disease are not mention and both time I discussed talk with Employee of company Mr Aakash patel but he was not take seriously this error. Also I have purchased another Policy in name of My Father on same date along with this my mother policy in my father name policy also not written his existing disease details in both year policy .
I had forcefully clearly explain to (company employee) mr akash patel & he aware of existing disease of my father & Mother at time of purchased this both policy in year of 2019 .
Also Mr Aaksh patel ( Empl. of Chola MS ) fill up Proposal form its self and collect cheque and insured persons id card and collect details only from me .
He explained about proposal form at time of purchase of insurance. he asked that he will fill proposal form directly online site. and confirm that you received directly policy in your mail. Mr Aaksh was not show to proposal form after fill up .
May be this incident Existing disease are not mention in my both father and mother policy.
Also I have received a Browser of Details of Policy benefit and mention as same details as per above para. & Also mention as same uploaded in Bank of Baroda website. However my this Covid-19 claim is rejected / not approved on basis of only not updated Existing disease in record. its is valid as per rules ?. please suggest.
When I Inform to Mr Aakash Patel at time of Intimation for Hospitalization for Corona Positive treatment ( Covid-19) and he had also confirm that covid claim is granted in this Exclusive policy as per IRDA guidelines. And cashless not approved but reimbursement claim will be proceed.
Also after rejection my covid-19 claim I was taken clarification letter from my doctor / hospital and they was provided to me that & clarified that at time of admitted in hospital patient was symptoms Of corona positive and she was suffering in difficulty of breathing & O-two ( Oxygen ) level was low @86% with Fever and Cough.
Also Mention and clarified from doctor in this issued letter that Patient Not Suffering from Diabetic or Hyperattention & Not availed as same or related treatment at time of Hospitalize / admitted.
I Humble request to team that please help me and grant my this request and re look this process & provide claim reimbursement Amount as soon earlier. in this pandemic time.

Complaint Regarding Air India Ticket 0982129419944 Refund

This is regarding complaint against Air India where they have not refunded ticket despite following up for an 1.5 year now

I (Vaibhav Sharma) had my flight on 17th March 2020 ( from Delhi to Copenhagen) and when contacted Air India office in lucknow one time waiver was given waiver (18/INT/2020) and it was told to me I can get my flight rescheduled on any other day till May end.
I checked for Flights in April, May, June 2020 atleast 50 times but flight was never scheduled from Delhi to Copenhagen.
After following up for a year I received 30 % of the ticket amount and rest has been deducted as cancellation charges.
How come cancellation charge is deducted and I received 30 % ticket fare (496 dkk as refund) when actual cost of ticket was 1700 dkk( approx)
It was return ticket (4091 dkk )
1) 2300 dkk from Cph to Del 27 Feb 2020
2) 1791 dkk (approx) from Del to CPH 17 Mar 2020
I was never informed about cancellation charge while giving waiver on 17th March 2020. If one time waiver option has not been given to me I would have travelled on 17th March. This was never communicated to me that if flight will never be scheduled in future cancellation charges will be deducted.
After waiver has been given, flight has never been scheduled from Delhi to Copenhagen and the flight has been cancelled by Air India and deducting cancellation charge is not right and remaining amount should be refunded .
I have connected customer care multiple times and receiving response your case has been taken and refund has been processed and amount will be credited in sometime but still not received 70% of my ticket amount.
I have already waited for 15 months and I am feeling cheated and definitely this questions the credibility of Air India and type of service they are providing.
I understand covid situation has brought several challenges with it and that’s why patiently waited enough time but not refunding customer hard earned money is unfair and not appreciated.
I humbly request you that my case will be taken forward and I hope to my voice will be heard via this platform.

Daikin 1.5 ton AC no service center is not responding
I had purchased ac 1.5 ton Daikin make from Sanket electronic mehsana in jun-20. Now this year in mar-21 I tried to start ac but was not working so called to Sanket electronic to resolve the issue. Sanket electronic tied up Daikin service engineer to resolve the issue. Daikin service engineer visited & found that some parts have issue, will be replaced with in couple of days.
Now almost one month passed many follow up done with Sanket electronic & Daikin service center no one visited to replace the spare. Also not picking phone call many times.
Need your help to resolve the matter.

I booke Order ID BMUPDA366FDE-79C5-49 on 1 dec 2020 and delivery was scheduled for 13th Dec 2020 9 am to 1 pm for Noida sector 121. No one came neither I got a call form anyone.Just got a message on 13th Dec 2020 morning. No number no name mentioned in that message. Below is the message. Your HSRP Order has been processed, Fitment person is assigned for visit at your location. Order ID is BMUPDA366FDE-79C5-49, Vehicle Reg. No. UP14CA5587. Today is 3 march 2021. I wrote 8-9 mails and called 4-5 times. No response for the Rosmerta safety systems Pvt Ltd..

And i am paying it in all previous months . But due to corona crisis i had losty Job. Than also i had paid all the installement
I had also requestd you on mail that kindly change my date from 6 to 25 evwry but you people disn't bother about it
Today your tele execuitve called me as i told her that i will transfer fund at 6pm then also she send pwrson to my residence . Because of her my married life is runied
I requested your Tele caller Afferin kindly wait. she her working at Kanjumarg office in hdfc bank
When we are ready to pay our dues inculding your charges thwn why these telw caller Harres us .
If any thing happen to me and my family i totallyt blame Hdfc bank particary Afferin madam . As her language is that tap...ri people speaks so i request you kindly take care of your exe languages

Non payment of hdfc life product

I had taken policy no. 17379096 hdfclife. it was not continued after one year, this year I recvd message it can be redeemed
However it was not redeemed but directed to furnish NOC from hdfc, since loan account number[protected] is still in operation and dues outstanding, it was told by them over telephone that amount can be transferred to loan adjustment and principal will be reduced.
Therefore, it is requested that the amount of redeemed policy no 17379096 may be adjusted, but they told to get NOC from hdfc, since hdfc loan amount is outstanding. Despite severeral correspondance, no progress on payment, either they redeemed amount immediately or cover entire period or pay compound interest till completion of loan period

Refurbished laptop
Hp 430 g2 refurbhished laptop - i5/ 4gb/ 500 gb/ 13.3 inch screen / dos/ 4th gen. Purchased from 2gud - flipkart. Product turns defective and raised the request for return on the same day, the company cancels the request.

Pledge issue
Hello i applied to dp to pledge my shares and still havent received any otp or mail from cdsl/nsdl, thier system are totally faulty and cannot be trusted, sebi should look into matter ifvthiervisca delay in process from cdsl or nsdl who will bear the looses.

asus laptop

Greetings of the day!
On[protected] i purchased a laptop named asus s510un-bq217t. I have enclosed a copy of the receipt for your reference.
Unfortunately, from the february month the laptop does not work properly at all. Then on[protected] i make a call to the asus toll free and register my complaint. My complaint number is a[protected]. Then on same day i took the laptop to the service centre centre they checked the laptop and told me that there is a problem in touchpad and harddisk and we have to change it. On[protected] i received the laptop but the issue was not resolved. On next day i once again deposit the laptop at service centre and in evening i received the laptop but the issue still persists. The same thing will happen till[protected]. After that lockdown was happened in the whole country.
During the lockdown the laptop was in no use as the laptop will not work properly. I miss all my online classes, all my internship opportunities which is a very heavy loss for me in near future. I decided to do ms office online course but that opportunity was also slip from my hand. I have purchase this laptop for my studies if i can't do the above mentioned then what is the advantage of purchasing this laptop.
After lockdown, i once again submitted the laptop on service centre on[protected]. They once again change all the parts including hard disk, main board, touch pad and returned me the laptop on[protected] but the problem is there. I once again submitted the laptop on[protected] they told us that we have to change another part of laptop and kindly wait for some more time. Now, today is[protected] but issue remains same. Every day i continuously mail to the company executives but they are ignoring me sometime they replied and tell wait for some more time. I have waited for long months now i can't wait anymore.
From next month my online classes has to be started and once again i think i miss all my online classes. I said to company executive please forward my complaint to the top level management but they are ignoring me.
They are relaxing. I spent rs. 56000 on this laptop.
Now, i want my refund and company has to pay me the fine of rs. 20000 for all the losses which i have faced.
Kindly help me as soon as possible.

Whirlpool new inv ac from flipkart is defective stopped working in 2 days

Very very bad experience. Although i read bad reviews about flipkart and whirlpool after sales but still i took risk n ordered whirlpool 3 star 1.5 ton spit inverter ac that was delivered on 23 june 2020 & installation done on 28 june that was also a very bad experience. This ac already had some manufacturing defects as some functions were not working from 1st day i ignored as i dont know much as technician not tell how to use. Next day when ac cooling is continiously decreasing i noticed but ignored due to increased temperature. But frm 3rd day ac stopped cooling i tried then all measures like turbo mode not nothing happened its turbo mode was not working from the beginning. I lodged replacement request on 2july as flipkart promised 10days replacement policy and started waiting for resolution on 7th july a techinician frm whirlpool came n accepted my problem. He noticed the cooling was zero and turbo mode and other functions were not working. Now i recieved reply from flipkart replacement rejected as issue resloved what is this? I m suffering in hot weather after purchasing whirlpool ac from flipkart was it my mistake? I again contacted flipkart help centre an agent named meenuketan he promised me to resolve my issue within 24 hours giving req number in[protected] on 10 july 2020 but today a mesg recevied your return period has been expired they r keep harrasing customers no customer care no support neither from flipkart nor from whirlpool. After purchaasing new ac my family is still suffering in this hot weather due to corona situation we have to stay at hme i m fed up now i m registering my complaint to you.

I booked some virtual space in wtc manesar around 7 years back in which i invested my entire earnings and was supposed to receive monthly returns from the same. The project has been stalled for the last 5 years and the builder is reluctant to complete the construction. I have not been getting any monthly returns and is in a financial crunch since i had taken a loan against property as well. Please help.

We had a policy in the name o[censored]sha omprakash soni, she was admitted in the hospital so we contacted our liberty company and inform policy is not renewed but want to renew and then make a claim, ritesh the advisor said it will be done and ask us to make the payment of rs. 4600 which we made and then he said claim will not be made. unprofessional and horrible service from oyo

Hi!
This is niket patel here from ahmedabad and i want to register complaint regarding very bad experience from oyo.
I booked a hotel through oyo for my trip to kumbhalgarh.
Booking was done on 20.09.2019 with booking no. Aygr9625.
My booking was confirmed with pay at hotel with check in date
As 19.10.2019 & check out date 20.10.2019 for 2 rooms and 5 guests
Including breakfast.
Now just before few days of check in date i received a call directly from hotel
Which was booked through oyo mentioning that rates are changed and they are unable to confirm our booking.
I contacted back to oyo regarding the issue and they replied that don't worry
My booking is confirmed and in case of any difficulty at the time of check in
I can contact them and check in will be done with out any problem.
Again just 1 day before check in i received call from hotel directly and they said that if we will not request reallocate to oyo then there will be problem in check in due to rate difference.
When i call again in oyo to address this issue they confirmed that yes there is rate difference conflict with booked hotel and they are trying to resolve it.
They also offered me a different hotel property but, since it was not found satisfactory after investigation from my end i refused to accept it.
Another property which they were offering was with out swimming pool while we have booked a property with swimming pool.
They keep on trying to convince me to accept reallocation and confirm booking with new property but, since i was not convinced and i refused to accept that they finally confirmed me that difference amount will be paid by them to hotel and i only need to pay amount as per my booking details.
They confirmed that my booking is still confirmed and problem will be resolved by them in above manner.
This resolution was given as per my request logged under case id 22089731.
After taking confirmation from them we proceed for our trip and reached at property on 19.10.2019 in the morning.
On reaching at property we found that hotel which was booked by us has cancelled all their tie ups with oyo and they were not serving any of the oyo bookings. They strictly denied to give check in to us.
We also found that oyo has not cleared their (Booked hotel) old due payments and hence they cancel all bookings from oyo.
We called oyo for our problem in check in and after long discussion over phone they finally confirmed us that they will not be able to resolve our problem and we have no option to move to another property which they offered one day before also to us over phone.
Since another property was not ok we denied and in the end were helpless in spite of doing booking one month ago.
After moving here and there for finding better hotel for almost more then 2 hours in the morning in spite of tired position of long journey we finally have to book a hotel at much higher rate then our advance booking with oyo.
After completing the tour and reaching back at home today on 23.10.2019 when i checked my email i found they have written an email to me writting that my booking was cancelled due to unavailability of confirmation whereas we have spoke to their representative for almost half an hour at the time of check in.
I am writing this email to register a complain on oyo in this matter and ask them to give me a compensation for additional amount paid by us to book a hotel due to their irresponsible and unprofessional behavior as well as for the harassment that we have to go through at hotel while chek in process.
If required action will not be taken against them then they may do the same to other customers also and many more customers have to under go with same problem and harassment that we faced after booking with oyo.
Please do the needful to register and solve my this complain and arrange compensation from oyo.

overheating of transmission in hyundai venue sx plus dct

I have purchased hyundai venue sx+ dct on 28th june 2019 vide reg no dl4caz0346 from deep hyundai mangolpuri, delhi. I have noticed that after first free service at deep hyundai mundka it started getting overheated. Car gives transmission heating error only after one or two hour of driving in traffic jam. I have also contacted deep hyundai but they called it as warning system of the vehicle and my issue is not resolved.
It is intolerable that a new car from such a reputed car maker gets heated only after one hour drive in jam.
Also company claimed average of 17km/l but it is hardly giving 10 km/l average under normal traffic conditions.
You are requested to lodge my complaint against deep hyundai and hyundai motors.

mental harassment by suzuki employees

They have repaired in four times from minor to major repairs within one month. Last time they kept my scooty for five days from 08 august to 13 august. But the problem is same. I complained to higher authorities but they are compelling me to repair it again. Have i purchased this scooty to repair only. Moreover mr. Govind sales representative said you may complain anywhere but no action will be taken in this regard.
I am mentally harressed and tensioned because no one is helping me.

No reverts on my multiple mails raised to them. I am running from pillar to post seeking confirmation on the commitments made at the time of booking, however nothing addressed till date. My money is blocked in saving account and token money not refunded. It is my first house and lost the trust on builder being their commitment behavior. Appeal at rera rejected being project not covered in rera whereas builder has used entire communication taking reference of rera. I will be greatful if i get your help to get my flat or money back
