Cnbc Awaaz — Suzuki connect device related services

I have purchaced new car Baleno in year 2019 also along with Suzuki connect device with 3 year subscription ( for online car tracking by GPS system) after 3 year message alert received from customer support for renewal of the same.
After the message i renewed my subscription again with validity of 3 year online. After deducting amout all service stop and i called to care person and log complaint and he said that sir this-device model and is outdated you have to buy new one for which is 13000k after buying you will be able for further service
After several follow up still nothing am not getting response from him.
To resolve the same i have logged online leagal complaint also but yet hopeless.
In several mail i have mentioned that if you are unavble to update the device kindly refund my amount as no any communication received from him i.e. device that s changed also online payment activity to be stop by them i[censored]ser having old device.
That may be happened to all user who purchased this device in year 2019.

Please look and intervene for the matter.
