I Namita Choudhary F-36 year. I had online purchased a Nike tracksuit for my husband paid through Net banking from Myntra online shopping. On 11th of August I received the parcel through Delivery boy in sealed pack. While opened I stunned to see that there is only trouser in envelope on one side and the other side where jacket was to be packed was empty. Within a hour I contacted Myntra's customer care and told all the matter and also mailed them on 13th of August they declined my issue through mail stating that they had internal investigation done and found that Jacket with Trousers were sent to you.
Sir/Madam please help to get my Nike's jacket and also help me and other consumer to save from such type of fraudism done by Myntra online shopping. Thanks

refund of cancelled mediclaim policy

Purchased a mediclaim policy from a fake/fraud company "health care india"
Paytm provides them payment interface, business account and they are business partner with this firm.
Transaction carried out online through icici bank visa debit card.
After receiving payment confirmation mail received from company but no cpayment receipt, policy no and documents received for 10 days.
After no satisfactory no reply, policy was cancelled and refund demanded. Same was accepted by company but till date no refund received.
When complaint raised to paytm, they provided contact no and address of company after two months.
Contact no is in permanent busy mode and at site address no company office found.
Further paytm is not responding now.
Paytm provides them payment interface, business account and they are business partner with this firm.

flipkart refused to process product after purchase

I purchased oppo f11 pro mobile from flipkart on 18/05/19. Payment has already been made through credit card emi. But the company refused to process the order and constantly asking me to cancel the order from my side by email/phone and place a new order. But i purchased the mobile during offer period and availed offer. If i order now, i will not get the benefits. So i do not want to cancel the same. I already communicated this to flipkart several time. But they insisted me to cancel the same. I want flipkart to process my request and deliver the same.

Myself Mohit Kumar and I have purchased a O-General 1.5 Ton Invertor AC from Croma on 4th April 2016 with 2 year's extended warranty. It was installed on 7th April 2016. My product is not working from the next days of Installation and I have registered lots of complaints regarding this in O-general and Croma. My all the guaranty period lapsed in the issues. I am mentioning few complaints numbers below with the addressed dates:-

One guy came to to repaid it regularly for three days and tried to repair this three four hours in a day but it was not repaired than that guy replied that I have to repair this for 10 days only after that this product will be out of warranty than we won't be responsible for any issue. If I know this then why should I allow them to repair this. Now I want to replace my product because it has not worked in last three years?
I got a call from O-General service centre and they demanded money from me to repair my product but my complaint was in warranty period.
Please help me to resolve my issue.

samsung s10 plus not working properly

Samsung s10 plus having a big problem
Not to suggest, any one to buy.
I have pre book the flag ship smart phone of samsung galaxy s10 plus and very much curiosity in me to get in hand first as i'm already exited samsung customer, i have take the samsung s10 plus on last friday that is 08/03/2019 in evening at 7:30 pm very happy to taking the devices in my hand first feel luckily i got it. But on saturday when i was visited the shopkeeper again for complaining the key features and the usp of this hand set finger print scanner and other features is not working properly, samsung prompter told me that some updation is required will be come in future then it will work fine i feel like cheated by samsung company, usp features of samsung is not working properly very disappointed and also note that apps is also not running in the handset as well, figure printer scanner is not working putting my figure four to five times on the device then it will open.
I have already posted on facebook earlier, on the next working day related to this issue, i got the call from the head office of samsung as well, but they are saying to me depositing my brand new phone in the service center, thing how i'm feeling at that time my hole money is wasted to buy the samsung s10 plus, samsung will be knows what is hard earn money, answer is "no" then i bring the idea myself that send your engineer to my office he will check the devices in front of me that there is any problem in the handset or not, why i'm depositing my new phone in the services center i don't bring any local chinese company handset.
Mayank is the engineer of samsung who has visited to check the devices and he's also agree with the same thing that in the handset there is issue but not agree to give the things in written and talking to the asm (Vinit) he's saying to me on telephone that will discuss the things with the technical team and then will be revert to you by 11:00 am, yet not get any response.
This is the samsung way to deal with the premium category customer.
I want another handset because of low performance of this one device, new seal pack devices required and even i don't peel off his poly from front and back side as same as the box condition.
Kindly resolve the issue asap.

unauthorized pos transaction

Dear sir,
I had gone through a fraud transaction. The transaction was pos transaction done at future pay gurgaon through my sbi debit card. Complaint was initiated and today i got resolution confiming that claim is refused. Mentioning the sms received:
Your complaint with [protected] is under process for resolution & status is given as:'transaction happened on secured merchant site and as per new visa norms, we cannot raise the claim on acquiring bank/ merchant, where the disputed transaction was authorized through otp.'.@
Complain was initiated same day.
Kindly guide what to do or resolution provided is ok

travel booking amount not getting back and not getting adjusted in fresh travel as committed

We have total 21 people's group decided to go for vacation tour at australia through neems holiday in the month of july'18 so we have deposited the amount rs.10, 000/- each for 21 people's through the bank in jan, 18 and accordingly receipt received, out of this group 9 people's from one family was cancelled the tour within 15 days time, dated around 22nd jan' 18. Due medical problem of his mother who's was traveling. I dinesh patil as i am group leader requested for refund the amount rs.90000/- but neems person mis manashi was refused to refund the money without any reason and told that we are not returning the money as per policy but they didn't given any policy or not explained anything about the policy while booking even i have not sign any paper or form, that time big argument with manashi and she has used very bad word that koi mar to nahi haya, then complaint about managing there senior management about the manashi, after argument she told that this amount rs. 90, 0000 can be adjusted any time for future travels, so we keep silance.
Now we again decided to go for tour to europe with group of 11 people's in this year in the month of may19 and booked the tour by giving token amount rs. 10000/- and told them to adjust rs.90000, initially neems was ready but after some days on 12 feb told me that amount was not been adjusted due to booking amount was non refundable means same story they have started again i requested today 14 feb for same but neems totally disagree.
Even other 6 members money also not refunded around rs. 25000 each as there australia visa was cancelled. I will get the details for this people separately

toyota crysta defect within 4 days of delivery

I picked up my new toyota crysta 4th february evening. Details enclosed. To my utter shock and dismay i discovered a huge crack on the internel side of the windshield screen. This is unthinkable from a company who boasts of kaizen etc. Personally i am deeply disappointed and feeling unsafe as well. It has put a huge question mark on the toyota reputation as well. I am sending the car back to the showroom asap. Due to my prior commitment and extremely busy schedule i have instructed my chauffeur.
I would demand explanation, immediate replacement as well as suitable compensation due to the huge agaony and harassment me and my wife had undergone in last few hours. Its certainly a huge blot on toyota reputation not only india but world-wide as well. I am putting this in social media as well as a clear warning to future buyers who should not be misled by the misplaced trust and reputation of the toyota brand.
I would demand explanation, immediate replacement as well as suitable compensation due to the huge agaony and harassment me and my wife had undergone in last few hours. Bolne pe ki purana product h toh tal matol kiya jane lga, product lene time bola gya tha ki maximum 30 min me full garam ho kr auto cut ho jayega but aisa ni hua. 15 bar se jayda complain krne ke bad v aj tak koi solution ni kiya gya, daily tal matol kiya ja rha h aj kl krke bol kr itna din ho gya. But koi kuch solution ni kiya. Ab service centre wala log bhut sara excuse dene lga ki ni itna hi time lagega product change ni hoga jo krna h kr lijiye. 1 hour lag rha h heat hone per toh bol jata h ki itna hi time lagta h. complaint against amazon india - receipt of broken pieces of old mobile phone instead of new oneplus 6t

Sir, i am taking up my grievances against amazon india after they failed to revolve it despite repeated requests. I feel cheated by the company & have suffered a loss of rs.37999/- besides mental harassment. Now i am approaching you with a hope that you will take-up my grievances with amazon management & get my issue revolved. I submit my grievances as under :-
I got above mentioned mobile phone i. E. Oneplus 6t 128gb+6gb financed through bajaj finserv at a total cost of rs.37, 999/- and ordered online with amazon india however, the packet received by me was mutilated & some pieces of broken old mobile phone were found in the packet. I also made video while unpacking the packet & made a complaint to you. I was given assurance that the matter is being investigated & your representative will contact me latest by 11.12.2018.
However, i was really shocked to receive company’s reply on 09.12.18 to my complaint. You have written that as per your investigation correct product has been delivered to me. This is absolutely wrong. As aleady informed to you that i have received broken pieces of some old mobile phone in the packet received by me on 03.12.2018 instead of oneplus 6t mobile phone (128+6 gb) ordered by me for which i paid rs.37999/- through bajaj finserv.
In fact after opening the packing cover, i observed that the the box delivered was of apple company & though i order for oneplus 6t. The box was in a mutilated condition. There was a black amazon tape on the box which indicated that that the box had already been opened by someone in transit, somebody had already stolen the actual box containing oneplus 6t & replaced it with the old apple box containing some broken pieces of old mobile phone.in view of these observations, i made a complaint through amazon mobile app & as per their telephonic instructions i made a video of opening the box & send the pics of broken pieces of old mobile phone to your email id [protected]@amazon.in.
On 08.12.18, i talked to your customer service executive by making request on amazon app & enquired about the fate of my complaint. He informed that investigation has been completed & refund has been initiated & will be made to me within 48 hours. Then, i mailed to you to confirm the same & today i am really shocked to read your above mentioned reply.
Sir, it is a total a case of cheating by such a renowned company. Small consumer like us buy online through your reputed site believing that quality/assured product would be delivered at reasonable price & we do not expect to meet such a incidence of cheating from a company of your repute.
I also attach herewith the video o[censored]npacking of the box received by me.
Sir, finally i am approaching your channel & request you to take-up my grievances with amazon india & help in refund my hard earned money paid to them without getting the product for which i paid.

Oneplus 6t 128gb+6gb financed through bajaj finserv at a total cost of rs.37, 999/- and ordered online with amazon india however, the packet received by me was mutilated & some pieces of broken old mobile phone were found in the packet. I also made video while unpacking the packet & made a complaint to you. I was given assurance that the matter is being investigated & your representative will contact me latest by 11.12.2018.
However, i was really shocked to receive company’s reply on 09.12.18 to my complaint. You have written that as per your investigation correct product has been delivered to me. This is absolutely wrong. As aleady informed to you that i have received broken pieces of some old mobile phone in the packet received by me on 03.12.2018 instead of oneplus 6t mobile phone (128+6 gb) ordered by me for which i paid rs.37999/- through bajaj finserv.
In fact after opening the packing cover, i observed that the the box delivered was of apple company & though i order for oneplus 6t. The box was in a mutilated condition. There was a black amazon tape on the box which indicated that that the box had already been opened by someone in transit, somebody had already stolen the actual box containing oneplus 6t & replaced it with the old apple box containing some broken pieces of old mobile phone.in view of these observations, i made a complaint through amazon mobile app & as per their telephonic instructions i made a video of opening the box & send the pics of broken pieces of old mobile phone to your email id [protected]@amazon.in.
On 08.12.18, i talked to your customer service executive by making request on amazon app & enquired about the fate of my complaint. He informed that investigation has been completed & refund has been initiated & will be made to me within 48 hours. Then, i mailed to you to confirm the same & today i am really shocked to read your above mentioned reply.
Sir, it is a total a case of cheating by such a renowned company. Small consumer like us buy online through your reputed site believing that quality/assured product would be delivered at reasonable price & we do not expect to meet such a incidence of cheating from a company of your repute.
I also attach herewith the video o[censored]npacking of the box received by me.
Sir, finally i am approaching your channel & request you to take-up my grievances with amazon india & help in refund my hard earned money paid to them without getting the product for which i paid.

Hey I submitted my iPhone X on 30th oct problem r many like ( Face ID not working, network issues, phone overheating problem with warning on screen of overheating front camera not working properly device freezes and hanging issues)and I get back on 16th nov service centre told me sir your screen replaced all the problem got resolved after 1 week I faced same problem then ur service centre take my device and again replace my screen and now on last Saturday I deposit my handset for same problem this time I got call from apple care that sir ur screen is supposed to b replace we don’t have screen on stock it will take some time . I want ans how many time u guys replace my screen and I am facing this problem again and again. Hi team,
My wife was driving the car and got accident in dwarka and when we submitted the papers for insurance then they saw that my wife is from delhi and i am from punjab and they demanded my licence along with other documents then they said this is very old licence and it seems duplicate and then they said car is not written properly.
They sent my licence to punjab for verification and got that officer in punjab is not willing to corporate with them. If they will not get the appropriate answer then they declare it duplicate.
Accident occurred on 10 nov and file submitted to insurance on 12th nov and one month gone no action taken and my car is standing unattended in dwarka workshop.
I am really helpless.

My son is studying in class 9th in Dav sector 14, faridabad. My son has searched meritnation and approach him for demo. Meritnation said came to my house and given demo upfront of me and my son then I agreed to enroll. After that I was not in the house then he has taken Rs. 6000 and signed some papers to convinced to my that this is the official docs. But after 1and half of month I got call from capital float that we have taken a loan Rs. 24000/-. But I did not understand that how and when my wife has agreed to take loan for meritnation. Wilfully they got signed and my wife cibil has become very bad due to meritnation. Please help me

paytm mall company has not responding my many phone call regarding my mobile exchange

I have ordered redmi note 5 pro on 14 th september from paytm mall. They gave me exchage offer for my old mobile lenovo a6000. I have fully paid the redmi note 5 pro mobile money. I also received the new redmi not e 5 pro mobile on 18 th september. But when paytm team come to my home for collecting my old mobile for exchange offer. They rejected my mobile by saying that there is a minor defect in back cover of your mobile.
Next day i resolved the back cover problem of my lenovo mobile. Now my mobile is in very good condition. There is no any problem in my mobile.
I called 12-14 times in paytm mall, they didn' give any answer for that.
After that they demand my mobile phon's pics from all side to verify once again. I send all the necessary pics to paytm mall. They are allready uploaded in my paytm account. They verfiy it and saying that all pics and your mobile phon's imei no are now ok, there will be no any problem for us to approve your mobile exchange.
My problem is that after calling 13-14 times in the paytm mall no one is answering exactly. When they will arrange to pic up my mobile and give my exchange money back.
I am too much disappointed with paytm mall services.
I called 13-14 time. Which is showing in the paytm mall company infromation.
But no one is answering exactly. Whenever i called and tell them to talk with senior person, they replied that our senior person is busy.

I made an order for a saree on a site named premiumcollection.in and even made payment online but even after 23 days of purchase the order was not received and then i tried to contact on the email and phone number given on the site, there been no response and i feel like now that this site is fooling people around by making the customer buy from them there product and then not reverting back to them. I hope there could be some help through this forum. I will be highly grateful if this issue could be resolved.

Aquaguard magna hd ro+uv (Nxt) origa purchased vide bill no.[protected] dated 20.08.2017 warranty : 12 months from date of sale : (Effective till 20.08.2018) problem : out of order since 14.06.2018 complaint : severally : first complaint on dated 14.06.2018 vide service request no. [protected] and frequent follow up with customer service n0. And mobile no. Of company personnels. : kindly get rectified the problem and arrange compensation of extra ordinary delay in rectifying the problem in the product.

fake products being sold using authentic brand logo

As per the complaint details provided above, i had ordered in total of 5 Ray Ban Sunglasses from the reputed e-commerce website. All the website clearly showcased the authenticity & Trustpay check which secures the customer from any fake products and foul play. There are multiple question posted by some customers that these products are fake, to which the consumer help line have themselves posted the replies stating that they do not encourage such activity and all the products sold are authentic and genuine. However, i think this brand is only trying to put all these policies and protection guarantee just to ensure they abide by the Government mandates & laws. As they do not have any interest if the consumers are getting cheated or duped by fake products. The boldest part of this eCommerce website, is that they are openly using all the details that a Original Product does such as Brand Logo, Product Code, Original Price of the product, Authenticity of the product, protected under Trustpay etc.
Despite of bringing this to their notice, they are still selling the same products while i am writing this mail. Please find attached document named "Still Selling" as on today`s date. This clearly indicates that the website are purposely doing this business in order to dupe the customers and make a heft profit out of it.
When this fraudulent activity was brought to light, they just tried to bury this issue by giving in illogical statements such as:
1. Sir we do not perform any check of the products dispatched, as we trust our vendors.
2. On asking for a replacement, they boldly said "We do not have any replacement policy", this is because they knew they will not be able to bare the cost of the original sunglasses while their return/replacement policy clearly indicates that the faulty products would be replaced.
3. I even went a step ahead by stating that, i do not want anything to be replaced/refunded if they agree that they would call out every of those cutomers who have been cheated with these products and give them their money back. This too they did not agree to do so.
These website is clearly doing a malicious activity of cheating our very own citizen and a stricter action should be taken in-order to help them understand that the law-and-order still existing in this country to protect its citizen and not one could ever cheat them.
NOTE: All of the above details are well documented in the attached filed along with the Date and time of the system for comparison.

Flashing wrong result of q3 of sbin

I am a small investor and have a demat account in India Infoline Ltd, Navsari, Gujarat. I have Purchase a lot of SBIN Feb future at 165 and on the results day (11/02/2016) I am waiting for the results on IIFL office with other investors and employees of IIFL. At about 13:00 hrs CNBC Awaaz have posted the results of SBIN, which I think is excellent so I remain stand in my buying position. But after some time I came to know that CNBC Awaaz has posted wrong results which I think is a trap for investors. Because I remain hold in my buying position, I have lost about 20000 rupees today (Only bcz of wrong results posting by CNBC Awaaz) and still in buying position and stock price is sinking continueasly.
I am also going to file complaint on CNBC Awaaz to police as well as to SEBI.
Can you help me in this metter?

Housing loan approval in exchange of LIC policy by LICHFL Durgapur

1.I had booked a flat in SUGAM PARK ASANSOL
in Burdwan district in West Bengal in the
year 2010.
2. At the time of taking loan from LICHFL, DURGAPUR, i was told by Mr Abhinaba Banerjee
of M/S LICI representative, an agent of LICI, Name Mr. Avinaba Banerjee, agent code 039944, d.o no -0000477, mob. no-[protected], that I have to take two LIC policies amounting to RS75000.00 ( approximately ) since I had already a running House Building Loan
from M/S ICICIHFL whose EMI was 11559.00 and I do not have eligibility to get a
loan amounting to RS 14, 35, 000.00 over and above and outstanding loan of five lakhs from ICICIHFL. Loan application no[protected], loan account no[protected], policy no[protected].3.11 &[protected] dt 28.3.2011..
3. Under compulsion I had to take two policies amounting to RS 75000.00 (
approximately )
4.Later on I came to know that the policies were not required to be taken and
it was done to earn commission at my cost which had financially paralyzed me.
5. I discontinued the renewal of the policy due to financial reasons.
6. The policy no[protected] dt 28.03.11
& [protected] dt 28.3.2011
7. The loan was sanctioned on 30.08.2010
8. Loan disbursement started on and from
5.10.2010.
8. The PDC cheque, for two nos of LIC
policy amounting to RS 75000.00 which has been taken from me before the
sanction of the loan was debited from my AXIS BANK ASANSOL A/C
no-[protected] on 4.10.2010
9. The loan was finally prepaid by me on
April 2013.
10. The mortgaged document finally retired
by LICHFL on 5.04.2014.
11. In the meantime M/S Sugam Park has allotted the flat at sugam park asansol. In the possession letter itself m/s Sugam park has asked me to pay RS 68000.00 as late payment interest . The payment was delayed by LICHFL for reason best known to them.
M/S Sugam Park also did not mention the delay in payment of disbursement and include the interest charged there in in the next invoice. For this reason I was completely in the dark and could not impress upon LICHFL to release subsequent disbursement without any delay.
I have not been given this opportunity to amend the payment release process by LICHFL.
Since I was staying in a rented house I accepted the possession letter paying the late payment interest.
My demand from LICHFL
1. Pay the delay payment charges to M/S Sugam Park
2.Return me the LIC policies amount Rs 75000.00 ( with interest from 2010 october till the day they pay the amount.
