A customer purchased a bottle of 200 ml sprite he found a ant in the sealed bottle. Bottle is manufactured by amrit bottlers pvt. Ltd., vill. Chandpur harbans, p. O. Dhaba dekar, district faizabad-224133, up. A good feedback is not given by company. Company says we have many legal advisor. It shows that a customer is not a human being.

The matter is not new it is old company say that "kuch hone wala nahi sab hamare paas hii aayenge" it's not a good response.

Rules are not followed by companies. Why company act 1986 made?

When i send cash back code to [protected]number the cococola company is sending a message that "sorry you have used this code already please send us a new code" they are saying this when i didn't use the code in patym reedem page so please solve this problem and now also when i try to send it it will be received by coco cola company and when i see after 1 hour the cash back code does not comes solve this

We are one of the regular customers of coca cola soft drinks & mineral waters since 5 years and always pleased with your business courtesy towards loyal customers like us by furnishing us with your product vouchers. This has helped us in building our supplier relationship management with the view of strategic alliance and mutual association. We operate from vashi (Navi mumbai) and promote coca cola & coke products among customer who come to our restaurant. It is sad and unfortunate to mention here that we are not receiving these product vouchers since almost a year now. When checked with line / supply manager and marketing executive at coca cola, we were tossed from one person to another without justifying any reasons why the supply of these vouchers were interrupted. This leaves us with lot of distress and started taking lot of our time that we can otherwise use for valuable business outcomes. Additionally the current gesture from the supply team at coca cola does not leave us with any incentive to keep following up any further but to look for other competitive brands who may be more interested in mutual alliance and benefits thereby looking after prospective and to-be-loyal customers. It is however important for us to bring this to your attention as our constructive feedback since we still look to seal the gaps in our relationship and see if a bridge can be formed to restore our confidence and hence future business alliance.

May i therefore request you / your office to investigate in my concern above and revert back to me at the earliest with a favorable resolution.

I have got a message from [protected]@hotmail.com.. That says you have won 500000 gbp in cocacola international world draw uk 2019. It also says the prise will be released through our agent called dr. Douglas deo. On september 25/2019 the mentioned diplomat come to my country ethiopia and called on my phone. He said pay the 14500 ethiopian birr for custom clearance charge. I successfully paid it. Later he asked me to be certified for antiterrerist clearance and requested me to pay 34, 400 ethiopian birr for it. Finally he told me that my prise money is being released to your account via national bank of ethiopia. Also he forwarded me an email message that i s sent by national bank of ethiopia. The message says 80% of your money is transfered and20% is on hold because the operation is failed for you have not paid tax and got tax payment code. Now he is still in my country asking for the payment of the tax for complete release of my prise. Still i paid more than 100000 of ethiopian birr. Dear could u confirm whether this is true or fake? Plse help me i am in trouble.. Lost much money. Thank u for quick confirmation.

Hi i’m mohammed yasir owner of romanseah restaurant kammanahalli bangalore! It’s jus been a month starting up this new place, we have another branch n we been selling coke since ages! So what exactly happened was some 4 to 5 guys barge into my restaurant and start threatening my staffs since i wasn’t there they don’t even have a lil bit of ethics to talk to there customers those guys are so unruly n they start creating a ruckus! The staff calls me i spoke to the executive i asked him what’s the matter and he is at top of his voice like he owns th entire world! I ask him to calm down and i even told him this is not how you suppose to talk to your customers! Also asked him start supplying from right now since i wasn’t aware! It’s good for me as well since i had to go all th way carry th stuff n come he said fine i’ll cme the next day which he did not turn up! So meanwhile i went to the wholesale guy i bought all the coca cola brands stuff only since th fridge belongs to them after few days these guys gang up and come back again again th same story all over again that they throw all th stuff outta the fridge and take the fridge at second instance i was at hospital due to an emergency i told them listen i’ll come back by evening but they acted like animals rude to the core! They through all th stuff created a hungama they were acting as if i came to your warehouse nd stole th fridge those guys were acting as if they have done a great favour on me as if they helped me build the restaurant! This is not how yu suppose to treat your customers it’s after all a fridge i spend money i get it! Not kohinoor!
