Hi I Yogesh Kumar owner of Mukhiya Ji Trading Co. I join hindustan coca cola 2013 as SPOKES with GREAT SOLUTION(HUB) greater noida..I would like to know that where should we complaint regarding the Refrigerators as when we complain on the toll free number some time no record found then how compland or your repair person delay for long time. So how will we manage in these conditions and how will we know about that the parts fitted by the repair person are genuine or not because fault is occurring again and again so please see towards it and provide us the guidelines regarding the same.

secound thing is what is billing difference between spokes person or agency and services
what is the criteria for provide the cooling machine

Dont know whether this complaint is honored or not but its very disheartining to see shopkeepers practicing over pricing in every items with confidence that no one complaints about them. And even if complaint is lodged they know no action is ever taken.
Its about over pricing of rs 5 (Extra) on rs 35 (Mrp) pet bottle of thums up. Though the amount looks very small but this happens with every product in small kirana shops

And when asked why, the rude behavior of shop keeper is bonus for customers.

I have received this mail form "coca-cola company london" and for winning prize i have deposited 92000.00 rupees in bank account of l. A. D. N. Sameera in a/c no. [protected] of nsb bank sri lanka.
And he was asking for 92000.00 rupees more for custom clearance charges please suggest me about the custom department bank a/c no. Is existing or of fraud agent mr. Philip richard the diplomat agent of coca cola company as soon as possible.

Me & hubby..bought a special of a pie and a 500ml coke cost R25.90 at the Ultra city garage southcoast on Sunday the 7th April..when I decide to drink it on Monday..the drink has weird dark things inside it and it was busy boiling one way..i understand it has acid but it was a no sugar one..

Respect sir, i am biggest retailer of coca cola company in jalna maharashtra. This inform to you that near about 4 month ago give complaint about non working of vc coller to your area sales manager datta singhalwad then after his senior sachin gadhe & also give oral complaint to distributer.
It is inform to you that we thinking about not sale coca cola product. Niether your company's officer look in to the matter nor distributer. We think that you have no need to sell your products even we are best retailer in our area. We sell your products yearly 7 to 8 lakh rupees. Your company's agents cheat us the fill up form for new vc cooler and we got vc then your company's agents take away our new vc & give us oldes defective vc. After getting defective vc our entire consumer colaps. Even now a summer days are running and your company's officer & agents not given any response this the way. How much time we wait this is not the way of business.
It is correct to say that your company earning thausend of carore of rupees in a day one smaller retailer left your company there is no effect on your company.
It is the request to you that kindly look also small retailer who take lots of effort to increase your company's businesses.
