Respected Sir,
I run soft drink stalls at different bus stations and in restaurants for 20 years. I sell around 80, 000 crates of beverages, excluding water in a year approximately. I sell around 40, 000 crates of Coke beverages in Karimnagar, Telangana alone.
Unfortunately, this season in Karimnagar I faced difficulty in getting proper stock from the local distribution not because of the stock demand but because of ASM Ramakrishna, who is supposed to look after the operations smoothly and manage stock supply without any hassle, is creating issues and stopping the distributor from supplying the stocks to the outlets. His decisions are based on his personal interests. This guy is operating the sales from many years. We have been suffering more or less every year but this year it’s been to an extreme level that he suspended the supply of stock in the mid season even after several requests. We have been associated with Coke for many years but this year it’s been a nightmare with this guy. Kindly take appropriate action and help us to re-associate with Coke and arrange a smooth operations in this area. Thank you so much. Karimnagar, Telangana

Dear coca cola, your maaza product 500ml which rate print on the bottle is 40Rs.
But all shopkeeper take the price of this product is 45Rs...Why..?
If this product is actually 45Rs, then why you didn't print this rate at the bottle.

Hello, I am Suman Kumar das writing behalf of my father Mr. Uttam Das.
I am from Village Joteghanashyam, Paschim Medinipur, West bengal 721153 India.
I was serving as a sub-distributorship of Coca-Cola company from 2012 to 2020. my Sub-distributorship has been revoked without showing any valid reason in 2020. Thus, I wanted to refund of my advanced money and damaged product money(which I had received in my tenure) from the company's agent. Since 2020 to 2023 he is not picking up my call. In may, 2023 I stopped his delivery car and asked for the refund, the agent of the company came few day later and assured that he will refund the advanced money by picking up the container with in two days but in less advance money (around 35000 rs) by showing some stupid CGT reason. Now, today is 21st June, 2023. he did not still came and did not picking up the call. I have write email to the company address also, didn't get any response. I am getting frustrated day by day, as I am not able to repay my EMI to bank and not able to bear the rent of the storage of the container and damaged product. I am doing my business by taking loan from bank. I want my advanced and damaged product money back from the company with interest.

The advanced money was rupees 50000 + damaged product value.

Description : I bought the tetra pack of Maaza from Noida store. While taking a sip felt something is inside the pack. Upon opening the pack, found some weird substance inside the pack. Don't know what substance is it. This is very dangerous and can cause some serious illness. What sort of Quality check do Coca Cola do. Their drinks are usually consumed by kids, adults. This can be very harmful for there heath.

Detail : I purchased Maaza tetra pack in Noida. While drinking I found some substance during sipping. Upon cutting the tetra pack found some weird substance in the pack not sure what substance is it. Is it poisonous ?

I go to a shop for purchase a thumbs up for 750 mL, the shopkeeper ask the for Rs.45 but I said its price is only Rs.40.
He said the price is hiked and not available updated print on bottle.
He refused to give at Rs.40.

I have the refrigerator of the Coca cola Company and the distribution of the Coca cola products are too slow and we are not getting correct stock we are required that is needed for the customers and also main thing here is The Distributor is charging heavy prices and not giving any schemes that come on soft drinks

On Friday (24.03.2033), a group of 10 members came to our shop and behaved so disrespectfully to my mother by leaving harsh words and threatening. This is how they behave?

We have our own shop residing at Muthialpet for above 30years and we get stocks from coco cola but in recent time they are not supplying and not coming to our shop for taking orders, they used to come once in a month and ask for orders at that time we had enough products purchased from market since they dont appear regularly . So that we are purchasing orders from market.

For this instant, this is not the way to behave so rudely and threatening us to return the cooler with 10 members. How can the person behave so rudely to my mother who is a women who is alone at shop? This should be taken a action against them. We are not satisfied with the service and after this incident my family has got hurt because of this. Please look into this issue asap.

Some one collect money for the contract letter and offer letter of coca cola company canada .is this true or not do i need to pay $100 for the processing of papers?

Dealers in Balrampur are not giving scheme on any 20rs cold drink which we are buying on regular basis.

Also, their stock always remain half filled or they deny giving away product.

My region supplier doesn't take my order. I borrow ur products from outside. His behavior is not good with me and he makes me fool last one nd half years.

On December 14th 2022 bought coca cola (40rs bottle) from a store located at Aluva, Kerala and was confused by its taste as I am a regular consumer of coca cola products. To confirm my confusion, bought one more bottle (40rs) on December 16th from the same store and found that they exact duplicate of the original coca cola. The colour of the drink and sticker wrap on the bottle are found out to be lighter compared to the original one. Also the bottle material feels thinner and the carbonation feels really low for the drink. Batch number, manufacturing date, expiry date, etc looks unclear from the original.

I bought kinley soda from A-z kirana shop Koparkhairane sector 16 Navi Mumbai on 15th Oct 2022.. it was within the expiry period as exp date showed dec-2022. When i dranked soda it tasted of chemical because of which i vomitted .. please revert on my email ID asap. Further when i approached the shop he said there are more complaint on the same. I want a revert on this asap and if ignore it will lead to consequences.
