dear sir, i have purchased a coca cola coke ffrom an out let in salem new bustand, after consuming the drink, i asked how much i should pay. he said its rs. 15/- i just got shocked by hearing it. becos the MRP of the product is only Rs. 8/- and teh shop keeper is collected 15 rupees from me. i said the shop keeper that the MRP is only rs. 8/-. he answered that we will sell only for this price. here.
so i was forced to pay this amount with horrible situation.
if this is happening in the shops with out any norms. then why is MRP written on the bottle. if i doesnt have rs. 15 to pay for the drink i have consumed by seeing rs. 8 on the bottle. i maight have got insulted in teh public.
request you to adhere the Govt. policies so that poor publics will not get foolished by such smart shopkeepers.
request you to take needed action aganist such wrong sellers and put under law.

I have a complain against the staff which is representing you your staff which involve mr.thakur and a supervisor who always come with thakur and some body called mr. Chauhan these guys told me from last one year I will give you fridge and last week they took me a large amount of money for the fridge they gave me the product and said fridge will deliver to you in 2-3 days and then I asked him what happen but then don't have manners to speak thakur and the supervisor they abused me and said do whatever you want to do and they also threat me I will see how you get the fridge so sir tell me know what I do with this Rs.12000 product
