After that they called me and ask for custom clearance charges i.e. 14,800 INR in Delhi International Airport, after that they demand currency conversion charges/service charges i.e. 48,700 INR for RBI to clear my winning fund 450,000 GBP and again they ask to me to pay all taxes and legalization charges i.e. 88,400 INR again.

But nothing happened; I have lost my big money in this fraud. Again they sent STOP PAYMENT ORDER from UNO (United Nations Organizations) and cc to RBI, in this order they asked to clear Anti Drug/Terrorist charges i.e. 1900 GBP.

When I try to conveince him he told me to try your best and call him after the arrangement.and assured me that I am here for your help only I am your claim agent. After various telephonic conversions at last i told him that it will take 8 to 10 days to arrange me to 1900 GBP. He replied me that he was going back to UK and from their he will call me in next week. his phone no. is 0 [protected].

Please suggest me what I do in this matter, I am in big problem as i already paid 1.46L , I have keep complete correspondence between me and Mr. Nelson Polio, our claim agent.

I have his Passport Copy, RBI Payment receipt Slips, RBI Currency Conversion Form, UNO Payment Stop Letter and other correspondence.

On 20th August,2010 i have received an sms that i have won 450,000 pounds in Coca Cola International Mobile Draw UK, 2010... I have sent my personal details (Name, Address, Email Id etc.) as said... In reply they have sent the following mail... The phone number given by them does not exist and also certain things are not told clearly in their mail, such as how much money i have to pay for the delivery of the prize... They also did not tell me that i have to pay more money other than the custom charge.... It is also very unclear to me that when the diplomat would call me and why they are continuously telling me that i should not tell anything about the fact that i have won the prize.... Hi,

This complaint of mine pertains to gross negligence, unhygienic practices and harassment we faced at the hands of Coca Cola India.

We are renowned name in jewelery business in our hometown, recently we purchased soft drinks for entertaining our guests, while serving one of our guest suddenly got startled and pointed out at one of the bottles while was still unopened as it contained some foreign matter settled at the bottom.

On probing we suspected that their were some worms,insects or Fungi settled at the bottom.

We immediately informed Coca Cola India, who did not care, them we informed the US office which responded by mail and sent someone to us who confirmed that they were Fungi etc.

After this they did not care to provide us with the appropriate solution to this problem.

A guy called Nitin from Ghaziabad reported and misbehaved with my elder brother and threatened with dire consequences if we dared to report this.

We have lost our valued customers to this misadventure and faced a lot of harassment at the hands of Coca Cola.

Had this been US what would have happened, the citizen could have sued Coca Cola, but here nobody cares as we are a third world country.

i'm hafiz from singapore, i received a message on my mobile on 9 august 2010, at 1427 hrs singapore time, from this mobile number(+[protected] saying " you Winner promosion FROM COCA COLA $20,000. number serial 23**** please call office :(+[protected] name (MOH. RAZAD BIN SULAIMAN) FROM : COCA COLA". so i contact the above name person and its in indonesia, and he ask me to do the following, buy 10 "SIMPATI" top up card which cost $100 total., give him the card no and he will transfer the $20,000 to my bank account, but after 10 mins he called back saying today is singapore national day, bank is close so we will transfer tommorow. so the next day, he called and give me another person number, i contact that person, he said he need me to transfer $1000 to him so he can process the transfer, i got no money, so instead he ask me to buy another 10 more top up cards.. i didn't do it this time.. so, what is this really true or are they scammers?? please do something.. they are using COCA COLA companys name to get peoples money. please do something to stop this. thank you.
