I am a retailer of coca cola company.there was a problem accured with chiller(refrigerator) on 8th September 2010.I complained to my area manager (Mr.AJMAL) but he do not take any action till 20th September 2010,then I complained online number[protected].
Unfortunately it could not be entertained up to 26th September 2010.
So, please help me and solve my problem immediately.

Maximum retail price of a product is assigned by the government or the company to ensure that a product is not sold over and above it ,but its not the case in our city ....every single retailer is selling all of its products of your company over the mrp.by claiming that they are charging the price of their refrigerator and electricity .....they altogether have formed a union and are not willing to lower their prices which is just ridiculous .....
you as a responsible company have to curb this problem as you are the people generating billions of rupees of export exchange from our country ....

they are charging 25rs .of bottles of 600ml where the mrp is 23 rs ....every single product is sold above the mrp ..
as procedural wise we as citizens have complete right to bargain on mrp.itself ....but its not the case here ...and its just the opposite ...
i believe that u will look into the matter and reply me with quick result soon ....will be waiting for your response ..

I got a 2L coke bottle sealed from a nearby Iyengar Bakery , Banaswadi, Bangalore East two months back for a dinner with my cousins from North India. As one of them tasted it, he found the difference in taste and odour and asked if Cokes in Bangalore are a different variety; two of then took two sips not knowing of this plight. By evening all three were admitted in hospital for Stomach upset.

I had contacted the Sales and Quality Folks - One Mr VijayaKumar and another Hegde who were claiming all sanity for Coks as they usually do. They promised me to test the sample soon and get back to me for which nothing happened... I have copied to Atul singh, CEO and waiting for a reply... An interesting reply by the quality guy - Hegde was that the bakery guy might have put the bottle near kerosene. What a pity!!!

At first I thought it was a genuine award wherein they would send the Winning Cheque to the Address sent to them but when they asked for the Amount as charges I felt suspicious and tried to go through the mails of the various complaints registered under the Nationwide Banks website and discovered the truth that it is a scam.
These people should be treated in such a way that they will never do such things.
Hope for the best and guide our other brothers and sisters who fall prey to these scamsters.

After that they called me and ask for custom clearance charges i.e. 14,800 INR in Delhi International Airport, after that they demand currency conversion charges/service charges i.e. 48,700 INR for RBI to clear my winning fund 450,000 GBP and again they ask to me to pay all taxes and legalization charges i.e. 88,400 INR again.

But nothing happened; I have lost my big money in this fraud. Again they sent STOP PAYMENT ORDER from UNO (United Nations Organizations) and cc to RBI, in this order they asked to clear Anti Drug/Terrorist charges i.e. 1900 GBP.

When I try to conveince him he told me to try your best and call him after the arrangement.and assured me that I am here for your help only I am your claim agent. After various telephonic conversions at last i told him that it will take 8 to 10 days to arrange me to 1900 GBP. He replied me that he was going back to UK and from their he will call me in next week. his phone no. is 0 [protected].

Please suggest me what I do in this matter, I am in big problem as i already paid 1.46L , I have keep complete correspondence between me and Mr. Nelson Polio, our claim agent.

I have his Passport Copy, RBI Payment receipt Slips, RBI Currency Conversion Form, UNO Payment Stop Letter and other correspondence.
