I have found Dirt inside sealed Fanta Bottel, complaint for the same registered with Coco Cola customer care vide no. NR [protected] on dated 22nd May 2010. But no respose from the company till date, even reminder registered with customer care on 29th May 2010 & on 8th June 2010.

I was in impression that Coco Cola is MNC & should be very keen on responding the Quality complaints, but I was wrong. Being a complaint on FOOD item but no response, company is playing with the health of its customer.

Now i am put in some confusion I have not much more money and i am not able to idenfied it is fake or real. i have sms which i have talked with delivery agent naming DIP. MARK PHILIP whose coming from london to deliver the parcel to another 28 person including me.

I shifted from ahmedabad to surat for business just few months back., when i went to purchase the coca-cola beverage from retail outlet i found all retailers are charging extra 2 bucks in this perticular ares, on asking of this why they are charging i got answered that this charge is for cooling the cold drink. Now question is why company is not printing 2 different prices on the beverage bottle?? and if compnay gives these retailers the fridge and electricity expence then why they are charging it from consumers. and this price difference i had seen in this area only perticular "Varachha" surat-395006. and also the retailers in these area charges 50paisa to 1Rs. extra for amul milk packing 500ml pack. and the reason is same for cooling charge. i had seen that the education level is little bit lower in this area and economically people are stronge because of their diamond business so no one cares for 50paisa or 1 or 2 bucks and that why these retailers have a big open ground to break the rules
