Hi, I am Anshuman Raj from Fatwah, Patna(Bihar)-803201. I bought a Thumbs-up and a Maaza of coca-cola company on 3 Mar 2021 from a nearby store. I came home and drank it. It was bitter in taste and had unpleasant smell. when i check their manufacturing date they were of August 2020. My niece got fever and vomit after drinking that expired cold drinks. And when i went to shopkeeper to complaint about this he said the dealer Rajesh Kumar gives him to sold this and told me to talk to him. This is not the first case when expired cold drinks had been sold to the customers here. Many a times they do the same.

I purchased 2x 24 original come a colas from a break stockists in hull macro all the 48 cans litraly had no fizz in each can I purchased

This is just an entertainment show. But VJ TV editing group is showing someone as saint and others as Devil and make all the viewers especially the mentally ill viewers to comment so badly about others in Social Media. This show is just for 105 days. If the Tv allow this kind of abusing comment in social media, the life of the player will be effected. Not everyone is a good and strong actor like Aari who can take criticism in a strong way. Please think of the young one in the show whom are now only gaining experience in life but being targeted by this cyber bullies with harsh word just to support the person they like. Do not demotivate them just for you Trp. Kamal you failed to be a good host. Don’t be biased to one particular group for your political benefit but show your age and experience to the young ones in the show the right way to make decisions in life like teaching them how to express the feeling and thought in the right way.

Here we own a small hotel in T.Sellandipalayam village located at Karur District, Tamilnadu as on august month 2020, our fridge in the hotel got repaired as soon as repaired we called the coca-cola dealer who was distributing soft drinks to our shop and also who gave the cooler to our shop, he did not respond as quick, but after 20 days some one came to the shop (by representing the dealer name) and took our cooler for service, just days went off while i called the dealer and enquired about our cooler he said its still on service and it will take time like tat..., in between tat i have seen my cooler running in another tea shop located in karur with same GPay stickers and some identification marks (later only i know tat tiz shop owner only came to my shop and took tat cooler with the support of dealer) and i have immediately called the dealer and said this matter my cooler was running in another hotel he simply said it was mistakenly given to tat tea shop we will arrange you another cooler, 45 Days gone still no cooler replaced.

Now he was continuously saying these reasons...,

i) You have not achieved the selling target (first of all we did not ask any cooler while starting the hotel & and yet now they did not inform about any target issues & and they did not inform tat we will take your cooler & no warning has been issued & mainly we only contacted the dealer and mention that cooler has repaired & Due to COVID-19 all over the country no shops were running)

ii) This service man has taken my cooler in the shop and sold to another person.

iii) COCA - COLA Worst Franchise in the market with no proper information passed to the customer and people who were doing business.

Expecting you to take action against this coca cola distributor.

I bought this cold drink from a shop near by my house. It was without any gas/Fizz and tasted like sweet water. When i went to return the product, the shopkeeper refused to exchange it.
This was really shameful and he kept on arguing with me.

On Saturday night, 17th October, 2020. I purchased 600ml bottle of coca cola and as i started to drink it, I found an odourless flavour of it, it not tastes like thr original coke which i used to consume before. For further satisfaction I offer the same cold drink bottle to one of my friend to check it. After consuming one sip of the coke, he confirms that something is wrong with the taste. After the confirmation of odour taste, I immediately ran to the shop where I purchased the bottle. And I was shocked with the shopkeeper behaviour, he refused to accept the bottle and also challenged me to go the hell whatever you want to do.
kindly, look over this complaint ASAP.

I had registered a complaint about foul smell and worms in the coca cola bottle but haven't received any reply from the company. This is very disappointing. I need a reply as soon as possible.

I am Prathyusha i bought a Coca-Cola product i.e, (Thumsup 1.75ltr bottle)and then i observed that it was completely damaged and is a bad foul smell coming from it and even the date not expired yet.
So regarding this i made a complaint to Coca-Cola company on September 7th and i haven't received any response from them yet.
So again i contacted their customer care many times but al the response i get is "our person will contact you within 24hrs" but its almost 1month and still there is no response from them. And again when i asked them they are saying me that they cannot do anything.
Since that is a damaged product they have to be responsible regarding this and what if i get sick by drinking that product.
So i request you to resolve this issue and take action against them.
