Our refrigerator is not not working form last 1year we are asking them daily for the refrigerator repair but they are neglecting we are losing our customers due to this problem and executers didn't even giving response we are unable to do business with this issue we are facing problems

My not enough single fridge is not working for closed to two months now, since I have been waiting for repairs until today. And I'm loosing more than five customers every day.
I used to sell warm 2L convincing my customer as coke will sort the problem out up until they don't tolerate anymore.
