I am your largest retail seller in jalna maharashtra. Here i informed you that the vertical cooler provide by you company after taking lot of deposit by us for increase your business. Last 7 to 8 days there is fault in vc cooler and non cooling & big sound in compreser.
After taking no of follow up by company's employer namely rahul sir (Asm) of jalna dist. Given negligent answers. And the distributor not given any response. And the technician mobile. No. Given ([protected]) we contacted him not given proper response. And cooling problem occurred last 1 year till today no action taken by company
So it is request to you kindly look in to the our problem.
Other wise we left to sell the coca-cola product.
It is correct to say that the single retailer left your company that there is no effect seen on your company.
It is humble request to you kindly solve your problem to increase your business.
