Sir, my self Mukul CHANDEL, from sunder nagar distt mandi himachal Pradesh.I am owner of cafe madana n restaurant. From last 3 years we are sailing coca cola product in are restaurant . I have already applied for display refrigerator in 2014 but at that time they told me that will check the order detail for some time n then will provide you the refrigerator, but its almost three year . this time distributer got some refrigerators from company side but as usual no provision for are restaurant same refrigerators are distributed to their known shopkeepers and they are using those refrigerator for storing cheese n curd which is basically not allowed by company . the main supervisor for this area is not responding regarding are complaint n same for the company they are just providing n complaint number n then no response . they always give excuse regarding are stock details but they don't have those details because every payment they take is cash n no bill, one more thing amount they received every time is including tax, and when we ask them for bill, they are like OK will provide . I want a good complaint to be filed regarding this n against the company distributer n supervisor over here . will be highly thankfull to your team for the same.
